Terrible and utterly awful it is a waste of time and prevents you from getting into the app sometimes! It also makes doing homework harder and with more struggle.

Most of the tabs have become unresponsive and end up having to go on the website instead. It needs sorting out,There has been no update in 2 years!

If you have a computer you’re better off using the website version. 
Frog is incredibly slow on mobile and sometimes has to be restarted numerous times before working, freezing every time you touch the screen. It also has the dumb switch to toggle only opening assignments over Wi-Fi which is set to off by default(who’s idea was this?)

Simply not good enough. If I want to glance at homework or my class timetable on my phone I need to wait 5 minutes. We’re not in the 1970s anymore…

This app is not user friendly and unreliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Right now my daughter is trying to complete coursework in the small window of time that she has and Frog won’t even let us log in. We’ve been trying since yesterday dinner time. Useless app that causes a lot of stress and anxiety. I have to give one star to leave a review but I want to leave ZERO.

Links to Websites , PowerPoint, documents, pdf files, etc. Don’t show up on the app, instead you have to open frog in an internet browser which u may as well use instead of the app. Due to this the app is pretty much pointless as u may as well just use the internet. Have missed out on homeworks due to this issue.

The app in summary is terrible. 
To list the main issues:
- false notifications for things at least archived 2 days ago. 
- poor interface. Not made for app, feels like old webpage 
- navigation is clunky and whilst scrolling you can often accidentally open things
- notification markers dont go after opening them. Forcing closure and reopening app is only solution. 

I suspect the app gets away with all this because no one listens to the kids when they complain. But as a parent it is terrible UX / UI and imagine worse for them.

I use at school and it’s really easy to keep track of all my hw. We even use it for online schooling. I can use it to see my credits as well as all the work that I miss if I’m sick. Overall it’s fantastic 10/10 👍🏾

This app has been fantastic and is used daily. My daughter is really forgetful so it helps us to keep on top of her homework. It’s also been brilliant for the organising of school trips and seeing the trip photos too.
It’s very reassuring to see and hear about the school trip as it happens. 
I think all parents need this app in their life.

This app is great for everything frog is suppose to do and I’ve had it on my phone for a while and it works brilliantly. However just installed it on my iPad and everything works perfectly but can you please add a feature so that I can view the app in landscape mode. This is because when I use my iPad I rarely have it portrait so this is just a little thing I’d like. Overall an app that works to its full capacity.

I have an iPhone 8 so I don’t know if it is because of that but the issues people have been mentioning have been resolved and now it saves your url and you stay logged in but there is still a way to go

Homework shows ( some people have said it hasn’t for them but it has for me every time) and the dates are accurate and if something wrong occurs relating to homework for the most part it’s the teachers fault, timetable / planner doesn’t work half the time and when it does it’s buggy sometimes takes really long to load also ( using iPhone 6 )
