If you add your credit card into this app ,you can find nowhere to remove your card information.someone else can see my bank info and get their internet package but charged on my account .really crazy!!

Bought a sim with unlimited data a week ago and now data has stopped working altogether. Don’t have international calls and so can’t call customer service

Finally working after months of denial, resetting my phone, resetting my network settings, multiple visits to COSMOTE and Germanos. Zero apologies for inconvenience or recognition of their mistakes. Bravo malakas!

Frog is working out really well for us. We are English speakers struggling with Greek, and it’s been good that Frog/Cosmote have English translations. The offers have been good and the service at the shop very friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use and informative.

1. English meniu, thank you. 
2. Easy to use 
3. Clean meniu 
4. Layout 
5. Responsive

 Cons 1.
Sometime i don't receive the code by sms for days. The solution i found is to generate the code via the cosmote what's up app (which send the code instantly) and use it in frog application and it works 

Overall a very good and robust application!

Pros
1.  English meniu, thank you. 
2. Easy to use, clean meniu and layout
3. Responsive 

Cons
1. Sometime i don't receive the code by sms for days. The solution i found is to generate the code via the cosmote what's up app (which send the code instantly) and use it in frog application and it works 

2. I can top-up the balance  only with payzy by cosmote or PayPal. The top-up option using a debit/credit card disappear from the up

Overall a very good and robust application!
