The Fromhom chef app is the bridge between our partners and Users. The app ensures that everything runs on technology, and this makes it easy to take orders online and manage the business. With the Fromhom chef app, a vendor can expand their business in Lebanon.

-View new order requests with details of Product details, address and payment details
-Manage new order requests with a single tap - accept or reject it
-Manage product status - On/Off
-You can set offer discounts on orders to attract more customers
-Manage chef details like chef timing, address, estimated delivery charges, packaging charges, minimum order amount, delivery radius, etc.
-View order statistics
-View earning report - weekly, monthly, yearly.
-Manage chef vendor profile information
-View feedback with the customer all details provided

The chef has the option to monitor within the app. If you’re using the app on a mobile phone, you’ll be able to get notifications for each new, in progress, cancelled and delivered the order.
