Die App ist ein Totalausfall. Verbindungsabbrüche, Fehlfunktionen während des Updates, permanentes wiederholen des Loginvorgangs. Warum braucht das Gerät überhaupt ein eigenes WLan? Eine Inbetriebnahme der Anlage ist mit sehr viel Geduld (Mehraufwand, Zusatzkosten) verbunden. Wenn es einmal (äusserst mühsem) eingerichtet ist funktioniert der WR sehr gut… ### 1/5 — Schlechteste App *2023-08-17* Nach unzähligen Stunden bin ich keinen Schritt weiter. ### 1/5 — Einfach nur enttäuschend. *2023-07-10* Man denkt, man hat ein hochwertige Produkt gekauft um dann festzustellen, dass die gesamte Oberfläche, egal ob für die Einrichtung oder zur Überwachung unterirdisch schlecht ist. Ständig reißt der Verbindungsaufbau ab. Man kann sich das ganze dann auch eigentlich sparen. Bei jeden 250€ Balkonkraftwerk (z.B. Bosswerk) gibt es eine bessere App Anbindung, Verbindung und Visualisierung. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich mich für den Wechselrichter eines anderen Herstellers entschieden. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2023-06-11, version 2.4.2* Terrible! Worse than the solar.web app. Has a clunky handover with the Fronius webserver on the device and gets caught in an infinite loop which means you can’t progress. Aktuelle Updates wurden heruntergeladen. Ich habe das ganze System neu gestartet- selbst das Handy. Es funktioniert einfach nicht. The instructions are extremely poor. There are multiple places where the setup instructions seem to reach a dead end. They ask you to enter passwords without making it clear whether it is the password for the device or the password for your account. It’s clear that they published this app without ever testing it out with a customer. I spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out and failed. I ended up feeling so angry and frustrated that I had wished that I had chosen to generate electricity by burning tires instead of harnessing the clean energy of the sun. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2026-01-02, version 4.3.0* This app is absolutely rubbish. Sehr verwirrend. ### 1/5 — Frustration and endless loops of agony…. *2025-04-10, version 3.5.2* Fronius have developed an excellent tool for pushing you over the edge. Duplication and frustration: multiple logins, two apps, requires wifi to inverter and internet simultaneously. The loops never end but your sanity may! Firmware upgrades can take days (3 last time), inverters disappear off the system and are blind, at the end of it a message that says the hardware selected does not yet have have available firmware. Had SMAs previously and never an issue, ever.
