I have reinstalled, rebooted, and it continues to do this on my phone and on my wife’s. I’ve asked about 25 times to update my app but now they have told me to disconnect the one and then reload it so wish me luck. I have asked now we’ll over 25 times to update the Frontier Mobile app. I have spoken to so many people & it is still NOT updated. They turned my service off quick enough when I could not find a Bill to pay or how much to pay.
