Drivers and truck crews or very professional and friendly. After the hurricane they stepped up their hours and trips to our neighborhood. Frontier returns phone calls and answers emails promptly. The very first time we had a missed pickup, I used the app to report it. The next day, not our normal day, a team arrived and serviced our area. Who does that these days off of an app request? Frontier. That’s who. I tried a number and was immediately answered by a live person who was familiar with the area, the policies and the schedules. She was able to answer my questions completely. Our recycle is suppose to be on the same day as our trash pick up but yet they don’t show up. What is wrong with the app? ### 1/5 — Not a good app *2024-09-13* I installed the app, due to I wanted to Pay… The payment option is listed nowhere in it On the other hand I was trying to do an online payment and in their webpage there is not a visible option for online payment. Weird !!! It looks to me that they make their money on the due dates, that almost no one know about, so almost everyone fall on a late payment and the extra fee is then legally charged. I did receive email that indicated my pickup is being postponed to next day. And we are not even talking Sausage. *2023-06-28, version 2023.4.19* The City of O is Pasadena has always had Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday garbage pickup. Now I have Wednesday/Saturday pickup with recycling on Saturday also. I have lived in Pasadena for 65 of my 70 years and this is the First Saturday pickup to be regularly scheduled since Pasadena had 25000 people. This is an outrage. And they won’t pick up my recycling since it is in a blue recycling bag, must be in a recycling container. Wasn’t a problem for Waste Management. ### 1/5 — Worthless App *2022-12-09, version 2022.9.24* You can’t even pay your bill of schedule bulk pickups on this app. It redirects you to a webpage, so what is the point? ### 1/5 — If you live in Troy, Texas *2022-09-29, version 2022.9.24* The number they gave us doesn’t work, and if you try to schedule bulk pickup, there are no options, and if you email them through the app, they may or may not ignore it. And they aren’t going to care if they don’t pick up your bulk trash you sent in the email about and will demand you produce a verification that you sent the email - which doesn’t exist. They don’t care.
