I’m constantly getting errors when trying to use this app. Days ago it told me I had to subscribe to a different package to use it (not true - it worked the next day). Today it tells me I have to be on Wi-Fi or near my router - I’m home sitting near my router and on Wi-Fi. Other days it will continuously ask me to log in and keep me in that loop or just crash while using it and not allow me to continue to watch. It would be great if it worked more often than it didn’t!

Navigation with remote and simple layout of channels makes it simple to navigate.  

I also enjoy the quick channel response. I have used other family cable channels and there is no comparison.

I hope that one day I will be able to access the “Dodgers” baseball games.

It is impossible to get any of the channels I pay for. I tried "Live Chat" and gave up after 20 minutes. Obviously there is no one alive a Frontier. Maybe they should move back from the Frontier into a modern urban life. Can't understand how Verizon would let this sorry excuse for a transition happen after all the years we had been loyal customers. I certainly won't buy my next iPhone from them. They promote their speedy network looks like they sped away from us.

Can’t get CNN when away from home. Picture freezes every time I use it.

App is unreliable. Crash, crash, crash. Delete app. Download another app from iTunes Store. Login. Connect to home network. Crash, crash, crash, again, and again, and again…for YEARS. So unreliable that I end up watching tv shows on my Spectrum app (from my Spectrum account via the HOA bundle I own in a property situated at a different location). Why am I paying $200/month when I can’t watch my shows on my iPad (visually impaired)?

Works on my iPhone but not my iPad. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled- cleared browser cache numerous times. I can’t get support in the Frontier portal (no option and no one seems to know where to get help). I get an Auth_1001 error logging in. iPad Air, which is up to date.

Update: I reset my password and removed all special characters and it is working again.

Definitely need to work on the overall product. Images are not clear, speed is not as fast, there are other cable tv providers with apps and doing exactly what you are doing but doing it faster with better quality. Also a customer should be able to watch tv from anywhere. Not just connected to the home Wi-Fi… I should be able to watch tv in Hawaii if I chose or need to.

This app really needs to be updated/upgraded for today’s technology.  On my iPhone 13, it’s horrible.  Can’t watch live tv in full screen, crashes constantly and just seems so outdated. On my iPad Pro it is slow. I can watch live tv at full screen, but it’s about 2 minutes behind the actual tv.  Plus it crashes a lot.  And you can’t split screen it.  Just a few observations.  It really needs some work. Cheers!

it’s no better or worse than what I have with a diff company in another state while watching tv. but it need voice control remote and being able to watch on phone or computer when not at home.  the latter doesn’t work well.

This app used to connect to the cable boxes in your house and provided a virtual remote control.  That function no longer works.  You’re also not able to watch broadcast channels (like ABC) when not using your home WiFi - which is annoying when you’re traveling and want to keep apprised of what’s going on where you live.
