### 1/5 — Forces me to change password daily

*2021-04-19, version 1.5.3*

Everyday, when I try to login to complete the questionnaire for my children, it tells me my password is incorrect. I have to reset it daily.

### 1/5 — Lack of Basic iOS functionality

*2021-04-05*

This app is missing basic iOS integration that is easy to implement and you would expect from any app. It’s especially important given that making the app easier to use would reduce friction for users at a time when using the app accurately is critical for safety.

It’s laziness, greed, or both. Nobody wanted to see that!

### 1/5 — Bad

*2021-04-01, version 1.5.3*

Its bad

### 1/5 — terrible

*2021-03-31, version 1.5.3*

### 1/5 — Bad

Bad

### 1/5 — Absolute Trash

*2021-03-23, version 1.5.3*

It takes me about 10 attempts to log in every day. This app is such garbage — I hate it. If you’re a school district looking for a portal, continue your search!!!

### 1/5 — The Worst App I Have Ever Seen

*2021-03-22*

I have to use the app to enter my school campus. When activating my account t it wouldn’t let me add myself. I then tried to delete my account and restart it but it won’t let me do that either. When trying to do this on the computer portal it did not even recognize my account. This is the worst app I have ever seen in my entire life.

### 1/5 — Annoying. Easy login please. Touch or face. Ugh.

*2021-03-22*

Here I am juggling my kids bags and breakfast hustling to her checkpoint. Now with one hand I log in to this app. Why can’t it populate the login with a Face ID or thumbprint on the iPhone? Mornings are hectic. No, I don’t want to type in my password, I would rather waste my time reviewing this stupid hoop to jump through. Does this app save lives? Doubt it. Is it some hair brain idea that some bureaucrat thinks will help? Probably. Good luck everyone. Stay safe. Eff this app.

### 1/5 — Not easy an intuitive for daily use

*2021-03-15*

Frontline here is what your UX Usability team needs to look at to make this app suitable for daily use:

Watch a first time user, especially a parent, use the app the first time and for a week

Watch them login:
-The login button should be on the right.
-the login screen should work with password managers, especially iOS

Watch themtake a daily health screening survey
- count the number of taps
- how many can you get rid of?
- Filling out the location/site field is impossible if you type in the open text box “other”. The picklist of site goers away. And you have go back and start over on the form !!!

- once you’re on the health form the formatting of text is not easy scanned. Use spacing, font size, bold text to make it easy scannable

After completing the health form:
- the button at the top say “delete health forms”. That is a recipe for disaster!! Put it at the bottom. Or make is a smaller button. Think about what your user want to do every day.
- make it easy to complete multiple health forms for multiple kids!!

### 1/5 — The worst app ever

*2021-03-12, version 1.5.3*

We are forced to use this app. It is the worst app ever!!! I can not even activate my account, the temporary password they sent me did not work!!!

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2021-03-11, version 1.5.3*

Worst app ever!
Not worth even 1 star!

### 1/5 — worst app ever

*2021-03-09*

This is worst app ever. no option to save password. In morning i enter health check info but when i reach school, person checking the health app ask me where is green button that verifies i have entered health check, and no one seems to find it. history only shows submitted form. There is no place where it clearly reads that i have already entered health-check info in morning. I don't know who designed it and how this app got approval for use in school but this is worst app experience ever.

### 1/5 — App won’t remember my password

*2021-03-09, version 1.5.3*

I have to enter my password every time I use the app. I don’t get it how the devs and PMs for this app could have overlooked something like this.
My mornings are busy enough as it is. I don’t need to have a poor ui adding to the frustration.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — L app

*2022-01-03*

L app + L system + yb better + ratio

### 1/5 — horrible

*2021-11-01*

Horrible! Does not work and won’t let me do what I need to . I need to use it daily and I can’t get into it. ITS A JOKEEE!

### 1/5 — Multiple Issues

*2021-09-10*

App fails to work properly. When attempting to login you get an error message. When you select the help button you are taken to an error page. Please do not release an app thats is useless, you are better off accessing their website to login, at least that works for the time being.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2021-08-27*

Clearly our school district didn’t do a lot of research to fully understand this apps limitations. If you have more than one person needing to do the health check in, you have to sign in complete the first person’s, sign out and sign back in to do the second child. No back function or way to toggle between students (profiles) no clear instructions on what to do if you displayed no symptoms and are left to guess and potentially cause your child to be ineligible to attend school for the day.

### 1/5 — Utter stupidity

*2021-08-27, version 1.5.3*

We are forced to use this unbelievably poorly designed app every day. It’s confusing, cumbersome, and an absolute joke that we make children and families fill this out. It could be so simple, so easy.

### 1/5 — Needs an update

*2021-08-19*

I highly suggest they review this app to allow for facial recognition or allow you stay logged in- rather than logging in EVERYTIME. It’s should allow people to add MULTIPLE sites they are attending rather then just 2 or making those that attend different sites delete each entry and do it again. Very cumbersome process.

Please work in this

### 1/5 — Unnecessary

*2021-08-14, version 1.5.3*

This app is very absurd, especially since school are starting to use this.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2021-05-12*

This is clearly the work of a company that doesn't care.

The flow makes no sense. Once you do the covid check in, you better take a screen shot to show to the school, because there's no way to bring up the screen once you fill in the info.

If you have more than one child, wake up early. While airlines and movie theaters have figured this out years ago, here you have to go back to the main menu, click on your other kid, go through an entire workflow, then back out and in again.

What should be a 2 button effort and 1 minute for 2 kids is instead some 25 clicks, screen grabs, and minutes of stress every day, because the developer literally does not care. At all.

Our superintendent picked this and then promptly resigned. Friends don't let their friends' school districts pick this app.

### 1/5 — You should really read the privacy policy and see what your school is giving to these guys

*2021-04-27*

Just so you all are aware - you should really be aware of what data your PUBLIC school is giving to a third party (who is profiting off of this) in the name of safety. By accepting the agreement you are giving this company permission to sell your children’s personal data (ssn/dob/internet usage) and more to WHOEVER they desire - maybe you should ask your school why they are okay with this (and if this doesn’t give you pause, perhaps you should really learn what kinds of things can be done with this data like setting up psychological profiles of your children, linked directly to their full name and all this other information) - it’s a shame what kind of society we live in today.

### 1/5 — Not human friendly

*2021-04-20, version 1.5.3*

Had school help me and the app didn’t make sense needs major fixes... the person who wrote below spot on lol get to work people

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great for daily covid screener

*2020-09-24, version 1.3*

My daughters’ school uses this for the daily covid checkins. It’s super easy! Just press one button 😊

### 4/5 — Super Helpful!

*2024-07-31*

This app makes my communication with families so much easier and saves me time

### 4/5 — Fine, but...

*2021-04-11*

The app itself does what it is supposed to do. However, the UI for the Covid health check could be improved. For example, instead of having to tap the question, and then tap yes or no, maybe you could have the options laid out. My biggest concern, is the fact that you have to sign in every time. Although yes, medical information has to be secure, adding Touch ID would make this app 500% better.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2020-12-16*

I use this for school every day and it is perfect all I have to do is enter my password fill out the form and then done. I just wish you didn’t have to sign in at all. No one is going to steal you frontline info.

### 3/5 — Please add login options

*2021-04-22*

Works fine for the one thing I need to do (health check-in) but PLEASE add the option to save password, or better yet, use Face ID / Touch ID. As a developer, I know this should be a quick and easy implementation for mobile applications. Thanks so much!

### 3/5 — Latest update is missing one important feature

*2021-03-01*

Please add the back button after completing heath check, like it was in previous versions. With 2+ children is very uncomfortable to look for where to start another child

### 2/5 — Makes me log in every time

*2021-03-24, version 1.5.3*

Our school is making everyone use this app everyday but why do we need to re log in every single time. Feels really clunky in general.

### 2/5 — Won’t save my password!?

*2021-03-16, version 1.5.3*

This app that I have to use twice every morning for my two kids won’t save my password like every other music, library, food ordering, healthcare, insurance, banking and school assignment app? Seriously?

### 2/5 — Need Improvement

*2021-03-10, version 1.5.3*

Not happy with the app that the school is making us use. Not only that, not all the school in the same district is using the same app. I have two kids in two different school. They don’t use the same app.

### 2/5 — No Face ID log in

*2021-02-03, version 1.5.1*

The app does not have Face ID and requires that you type your password every time you log in.
