Needs more levels of security added like security three layers. It needs to pick up cars from the street passsing by as well as people. I had a thief in my home and went to check my camera to see who it was. Could not see any footage because I didn’t do an update which I was not informed about that I had to do. No email, phone call, text, nothing. Even having called about checking my equipment working recently I was told nothing by Frontpoint. And I got 2 to 3 second clips. Completely unusable for court. I've identified that to. No fix. I was supposed to get a call back from an email response and never received it and never received a response follow up from customer support is hit and miss at best. But it is delaying me from getting my evidence. I'm severely disabled and I only have a certain amount of time and they are wasting that time almost every time I call them ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2026-01-19, version 5.12.2* Some features of this app are handy with IoT home devices. I do wish that I could sign in from multiple devices without causing a previously used device to be forcefully signed out. Even it it meant multiple user accounts tied to the household, this would still make family use available for more than just one person. It’s 2026 and we still can’t have this functionality? I have had bugs with the alarm shortcut actions - in the morning, when I open the app and immediately hit the “wake up” scene, for whatever reason, the app opens the doorbell camera. If I wait just a few seconds before pressing the scene, it works properly. Seems some shuffling of back-end actions is happening before the app is ready for use. Another issue I have is the Siri commands don’t include garage door commands. Other alarm.com apps allow this just fine. Lastly, the video clip player could be a little more useful.
