Can’t pay fees. Doesn’t let me log in. Tried re-register and I still can’t pay HOA. Junky. ### 1/5 — Can’t make a payment *2026-08-12, version 6.10.4* I’m overseas and overwhelmed. Haven’t been able to make my HOA payment. No support from the Vintage Group HOA either. They don’t even provide me with my account number. No responses from FRONTSTEPS technical dept after multiple attempts. Worst app ### 1/5 — Resident review *2026-08-08, version 6.10.4* Worst app. I’ve lived here for about 9 months and this app doesn’t work. Security has re-registered me several times in an effort to resolve the problem, but I still never get any notices that I have a package. Only after I’ve picked up a package do I get a message that the package was picked up. Useless app. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-08-07, version 6.10.4* The glitch in the login is still there, so don’t waste your time trying to reset your password. You will find yourself in an infuriating cycle. ### 1/5 — A joke on you *2026-08-07, version 6.10.4* All we wanted to do is make an HOA dues payment ( after switching to THIS HOA management company this year). Apps, portals, links, emails, everything a funhouse loop of dead ends or head scratching. Finally got a great rep who provided a quick pay link—even that took awhile, and now we’re having a blast trying to figure out how we can get into the app for next yr since everything shuts us out. (“Password resets invalid” etc, etc) ### 2/5 — Inefficient *2026-08-04, version 6.10.4* I’m not quite sure if it’s because I don’t know how to get there or it’s not available but in either case there should be a back button to access previous screens. Additionally, I don’t appear to have any access to any of Trilogy as a whole communications. Nor does it seem that I have any access to anything outside of my village. It in fact I do have access. It will glitch and since there is no desktop website (despite them heavily advertising it) you won’t be able to pay your fees!
