They also need to update the way it shows the description of what you bought it’s to vague and makes it such a hassle to back track different payments and to tell them apart. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for your review and rating. Overall good application for managing multiple accounts and temp certificates ### 3/5 — Good for temporary use *2025-09-28* I’ve had this for a few years now and have waited to make a review because it seems unfair if I had it any less than I do now. Sure it give me my money 2 days in advance, but there’s more times than I like to admit where it will be a pending transaction for 5 whole days. The uncertainty of when pay is coming in makes baying pills and other necessities difficult and unpredictable. Not to mention when I was having fraud problems every other representative refused to help or send me a new card, only one individual helped me. Calling is impossible because if you work through their working hours, you’ll have to listen to an automated message which does not actually help. The support option in the app only throws out numbers to a customer service representative without offering any support. Very few times has this been reliable and predictable, and I mean that in a literal sense. Besides the constant unpredictable deposits of my checks, to no real support or help, the confusing nature of this app, it’s better to use this if you’re new to having your own bank. They also list numbers on their app for member support that just hang up on you. No complaints there. But seeing as Frontwave isn’t allowing me to leave a direct review of Security Services on the phone or with a manager, I’ll just do it here. Frontwave Security services hung up on me twice when I was trying to ask questions about fraudulent purchases made from my account. It’s stressful enough to get robbed of 300 dollars, getting hung up on just makes the whole thing so much more frustrating. And I’ll gladly acknowledge any situation where my attitude or tone was a problem. This was not one of those situations. I just asked what the dispute process was like and general questions like that to try to understand what to do and the lady got frustrated and hung up. I know people have bad days but that is just not okay. My bills that pull tomorrow aren’t gonna get paid now and the people supposed to help me just hung up. I’ve been with Frontwave since I was a baby faced 18 year old Marine in Cali. 12 years later, I lose 300 dollars and get hung up on when trying to figure out how and why. Was asked to contact support and provide feedback about the issues I’m having with making principal-only payments online or through the app. The issue is that it’s still not an option. Why can I do that online and in mobile banking at other financial institutions for years now, but Frontwave still doesn’t allow me to do it? It’s very time consuming for me to have to call in every single time to have someone else do it. Not giving us the option and making it harder for us won’t make us not want to make the principal-only payments.. it just makes us want to switch lenders and give someone else my money ..
