Don’t need to verify anything, except a phone password word or phrase. And Wa-La! You start conducting business right away.!! So they’re on phone a shorter amount of time and so are you! Therefore, they can help more customers quicker!! ONLY BANK THAT DOES THAT!! YOU ACTUALLY GET A REAL LIVE PERSON!! If for some reason they are very busy, you can save your place in line and tgey can call you back, so you don’t beed to stay on hold! What a fantastic idea!! TEXAS BASED ALSO!! I want to work for them but they don’t let call center CSRs work remotely, dangit!! SA is a little too far for me to drive. And daily.
