I contacted them intending to order (pay) for a new lid so it would still match. I provided my original order number and the replaced the whole thing. I have the Frost-Buddy XL and now I will soon have a Go-Buddy too, since I drink a lot of coffees from anywhere other than StarSmucks! If you haven’t got yours yet, you’re missing out! Or 30…but for real. The app is great and easy to navigate. I never finished drinks because I won’t drink them once they get warm or diluted when the ice melts. They had the audacity to promise a delivery within 5-8 days. Can you even fathom it? It has been a whopping 11 days and yet, not a single update on the shipment. The order status is just stuck at "label created awaiting item." Outraged, I decided to contact customer service and guess what they had the nerve to say? They assured me they would look into it and dispatch it immediately. But you know what? Still no sight of my order. I am utterly and completely let down. Emailing customer service doesn’t get you very far either. ### 1/5 — Lid *2023-08-25, version 1.8* Ordered frostbuddy cup the picture shows purple cup get the cup it was pink sent cup back for correct color (purple) now have to spend 20.00 bucks for a lid because it doesn’t come with a lid so I had to order a purple lid for my purple cup will not shop with this company anymore ### 1/5 — How to get 20% off? *2023-07-17, version 1.8* On the website it states you get 20% for downloading and using the app but I have not received an email or anything. ### 1/5 — No Discount *2023-05-23, version 1.6* I downloaded the app to save 20% and there were no coupons, no instructions, nothing. So I ended up deleting the app and ordering direct from Amazon. I almost ordered a different brand because I was annoyed, but I did decide to stick with the name brand. Of course, I looked today one day after I ordered and the site is showing a 20% off site wide sale so that is also annoying. ### 2/5 — Amazing products, HORRIBLE APP *2025-09-16, version 4.6* Frost Buddy products are Top Notch, but this app needs A LOT of work. Ordering is clunky, clicking on Notifications causes the app to close, searching through products is cumbersome. I can sign in on the website, absolutely no issue. I try to sign in on the app and I get nothing but error messages saying my email or password is incorrect.
