## What is Frost Lock?

[DIGITAL DETOX]
Spending more time on your phone than you meant to?
Lock distracting apps, set daily limits, and make more time for what matters with Frost Lock.

[HOW IT WORKS]
• Lock: block the apps you choose for a set amount of time.
• Deep Freeze: prevents early unlocking in the app until the timer runs out.
• Limits: give an app a daily time budget. When it runs out, that app stays locked until midnight.
• Routines: lock your apps automatically on the days and times you set.
• History: see time spent per app, time locked, and recorded attempts to open blocked apps.

[PRIVACY]
Frost Lock is built on Apple's Screen Time. App usage and lock history are processed on your device. No account is required.

When you want to step away from distracting apps, Frost Lock is there.
