## What is Frost Lock?

Spending more time on your phone than you meant to? 
Frost Lock puts your most distracting apps behind a lock, for a set time or for a lock you cannot open until it ends. 

[HOW IT WORKS]
• Lock: block the apps you choose for a set amount of time.
• Deep Freeze: a strict lock that cannot be opened until the timer runs out.
• Limits: give an app a daily time budget. When it runs out, that app stays locked until midnight.
• Routines: lock your apps automatically on the days and times you set.
• History: see time spent per app, time locked, and how often you tried to open a blocked app.

[PRIVACY]
Frost Lock is built on Apple's Screen Time. Everything stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.

When you want to put the distracting apps down, Frost Lock is there.

Frost Lock Plus
Go ad free and create up to 10 routines and up to 10 daily limits, with more than one app per limit. Every basic feature, including the lock itself, is free and stays free.

Frost Lock Plus is an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings.
