My daughter and I loved this game, but it has gotten so glitchy we can’t even play it anymore! Keeps freezing and deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help.

I would like to give it five stars but it has frozen.  I deleted it and reinstalled it but it’s still frozen. Please fix it. I really enjoy playing.
