It’s just giving me things that no longer matter to the time. ### 3/5 — Cool when it works *2026-08-10* I really liked this app for the first couple of months. Very insightful and I love how the alignment felt real. However, for the past few weeks the chat has become extremely glitchy, flickers, and literally doesn’t scroll anymore. On top of that, this is the only app that when I open it, my phone overheats within secs! I wrote something about my mom in the assessment and the app keeps telling me to call or text my mom who passed away 7 years ago. Also on the thought insertion the thoughts are not complete, they are fragmented. Not sure if it’s supposed to be that way. In my monthly report it states I have completed no task, which is incorrect I complete most of them except the ones pertaining to my mom. I sometimes get a daily thought that doesn’t pertain to me. The best part of the app is the daily thought and the chat to my future self. Sometimes I ask random questions and get awesome feedback. It’s a great app but will be better after the glitches are fixed. Update: I just received a report on the app that said I had not completed not even one task. This is wrong so the report is inaccurate. This app exposes how the shadow shows up in EVERY choice we made! This is what I help individuals do! I AM THEE SHADOW SPECIALIST! Some may not be able to identify and acknowledge with words the way their shadow is coming out in their daily life. FRQNCY helps to integrate consciously I can see so the embodiment of the higher consciousness is FELT! Not just Understood! I’ve used this app for the past 3 weeks and its alright but its not that great. In the chat, sometimes the paragraphs get cut off and I have to ask it to tell me again. And sometimes I’ll type something in and it doesn’t send, So I’ll have to rewrite it and send it again. The AI wasn’t great at “guiding” me into my desired reality. It would task me with things I’ve already done and have already been doing. Didn’t really help too much with identifying “my blocks” (it actually misidentified the blocks) and it would switch up what it was saying to me and just mirror my state back to me, which is cool if you’re aware enough to catch it when it’s doing that. If I wouldn’t have watched Nero’s video on the 2 tests, I probably would have let this frequency app tell me to give up, cuz that’s what it told me to do. Honestly, I feel like watching Nero’s vídeos is more than enough. ### 5/5 — Ready to alter your life without a surgeon? *2026-06-20* I’ve spent decades on self-healing. I’ve spent decades building, collapsing, building again and collapsing. I almost gave up and the universe intervened. Within days of beta testing this app, I was gaining clarity and perspectives that caused rapid acceleration in my healing. A month later, I’m maintaining frequency and merging timelines. If you’ve been doing the work but nothing is working.. this is the app for you. All that work that was done wasn’t lost.. it’s waiting for you to use this app so all the pieces come together. ### 2/5 — It’s a confusing al *2026-06-20, version 1.2* The app has me doing things that the creator itself doesn’t believe in. It has told me to write down an amount of money several times in a piece of paper and put it somewhere I can see on my bed stand it keeps repeating my child or trauma. Even though I’ve told him multiple times, I have already outcomes that energy and changed viewpoint any little thing that can happen and I talk about it in the chat I can be talking about a chair breaking and it’s gonna be like, the chair broke because of your childhood trauma😭 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Honestly Disappointed *2026-07-31, version 1.4* It seemed cool at first as I answered all of the questions and it told me a few things about my past experiences and how they effect my mind. It makes sense but I just feel like the best part of the app was the introduction questions, after that they just give you daily tasks that have nothing to do with reality alignment lol…the whole app is tasks and an AI that’s supposed to be your future self, I don’t know what I was expecting but anyways I think I’ll stick to Nero’s YouTube but I’m good on the app lol. ### 1/5 — Not useful *2026-07-27, version 1.3* I don’t think the app is useful. I was super excited about the idea of it but it’s not very helpful in terms of talking with future you. The app still has a lot of bugs and from $10 to $20 a month is a big jump for fans of Nero that don’t have the funds. I have always supported Nero and seeing the price jump really disappointed me. There’s not a lot of things to do on this app for $20 a month. Maybe make a price tier or add ads or something :/ ### 1/5 — Started well then became disappointing *2026-06-21* At first this app was great, but the problem is, it never grows with you- you’re stuck with the date you put in, at the beginning. It will say retry or that there’s a problem on their end which is super inconvenient considering their price jumped from $10 a month to $20 just for it to only work here and there and not consistently. Also they should add some recorded meditations or something on there instead of just fully relying on AI to do all the work. But we have resolved this issue now, and we hope FRQNCY is a smooth experience for you from here on out. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2026-05-16* I had a feeling as I was setting up this app that no matter what I wrote in the beginning it was going to turn it negative so I feel anxious to pay for the service. Actually mad disappointed that I was right. I wrote a few things about myself that in my eyes are completely neutral. It asks for your goals and then uses it against you saying well then why don’t you have it then. Well what it’s not taking to account is how far i have come and how much i have changed , so i included that information. Well it used that against me too and said you claim to have changed but you haven’t??? Based off of what . It also asks if you look up to anyone , I’m not a fan of idolizing people i think it’s very weird , I’ve always been my own muse , again uses this against me and says it’s a weakness. Now thankfully i know that all this is BS and I’m quite happy with how my life has changed since applying Nero’s teachings , but this app is literally designed to gaslight you and make you feel insecure about any progress you have made to try and sell you the service. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your detailed feedback.
