There is lag when simply trying to scroll calls, and incident data. Unit times never stay on in settings even though I turn them on, close and reopen the app and the setting is off again. App design is old and outdated. If you’re a department looking for a SCM software, stay clear. ### 1/5 — App is super slow *2025-11-04* This app is so slow and poorly made. Rarely does it have times/run information. App lags every time you open it. So bad. Only took 9 months. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2025-08-09* Sometimes runs will populate on the station screen, but not in the app. There is virtually no organization on the app call-in screen - not grouped alphabetically, by station or anything. Also, for whatever reason, allows members to call in DAYS after an alarm. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2025-01-18* Needs an update to allow critical notifications on IOS ### 1/5 — App issues. *2025-01-08* This app is super slow and nothing is ever working properly, units and “call-ins” are never able to load. When a run comes in, it won’t even come up or it comes up very delayed by even a few days. Not sure why or what happened after the update but it needs to be addressed immediately. ### 1/5 — Abysmal *2024-12-23, version 4.41.6* This app is completely useless.
