Never wants to load. This app hasn’t had an update in over two years. When you create an app like this which is depended on by first responders, sometimes doesn’t cut it. There literally are lives at stake and when seconds matter this app will lead to more harm being done than good. A year ago this app worked great but now it’s garbage. Pull it from the store, get it right and re release it. Charge a subscription if needed because right now it isn’t even worth it as a free app. You want to provide this app, make it work for the people and patients who depend on it. ### 1/5 — Needs update *2019-08-07, version 3.25* App needs update for new iOS and new larger phones. A preview of pages and alarms would be nice as well when the notification comes in! Also the app doesn’t allow you to select a response station anymore. There is lag when simply trying to scroll calls, and incident data. Unit times never stay on in settings even though I turn them on, close and reopen the app and the setting is off again. App design is old and outdated. If you’re a department looking for a SCM software, stay clear. ### 1/5 — App is super slow *2025-11-04, version 5.12.01* This app is so slow and poorly made. When a run comes in, it won’t even come up or it comes up very delayed by even a few days. No issues until this most recent update ### 1/5 — Keeps Cycling and Keeps Giving “Waiting for Server” Prompts *2023-08-19, version 4.12* This app keeps cycling no matter how many times I’ve saved the loaded data. Most of the time, I cannot get reports; a lot of times I’m stuck waiting for the server whereas, I’m stuck waiting for run/call information. My Department chose this app to rely on for the safety of our community and it seems to be too busy. Can you folks (developers) please fix this issue? Looking back at your history, there’s a repeated request to fix the glitches. This happens even when the phone has full service. Additionally, the apparatus designations no longer display when in the map view. This app is in DIRE NEED of a real update. ### 2/5 — Issues since iOS 13 *2019-11-02, version 3.25* Alerts in the pages section do not show up when you open the app. You need to close the app and go back into it to view your message. On the map the unit numbers no longer show up above the unit icon. This app is very out of date the last update was two years ago.
