## What is FRSuite?

FRSuite is a secure operations platform for agencies managing schedules, personnel, fleet activity, operational records, notifications, and day-to-day team coordination.

The FRSuite iOS app gives users mobile access to the tools enabled for their account and agency, including:

- Personal Tools, including a local-only Draft Pad for private notes, photo attachments, and PDF export
- Dashboard views for assigned agency workflows
- Agency roster search and member work contact access
- Scheduling with calendar and agenda views, shift visibility, response deadlines, opportunity requirements, response and assignment workflows, and shift history
- Detail and overtime opportunities with requirements, response deadlines, notifications, assignment workflows, and response history

Availability of agency tools, actions, requirements, and history depends on the agency's enabled modules and the user's assigned permissions.

FRSuite supports both in-app account creation and agency-managed access. Users can create an account in the app and use Personal Tools such as the local-only Draft Pad without joining an agency.

Agency workflows become available only after an agency has been onboarded by FRSuite and the user has been associated with that agency. Agencies interested in FRSuite should contact contact@frsuite.com to request onboarding.

Draft Pad content is stored locally on the device. It is not synced to FRSuite servers or treated as an agency record. Photo attachments are selected through the system photo picker only when the user chooses to add them.

-Fleet Management and Vehicle Checks are now native in the FRSuite iOS app. Supported users can review vehicle rosters, assignments, spare sign-outs, status, maintenance logs, open issues, and vehicle history, then start or resume vehicle checks from the field.

-Vehicle Checks now support assigned, spare, and other eligible vehicles with plate, mileage, inspection, damage, checklist, notes, and photo workflows. Due-for-check status, recent checks, issue follow-up, reminders, and focused notification links are available based on agency permissions.

New in 1.0.2: Scheduling is easier to scan and manage from iPhone. The native Scheduling tool now opens to a cleaner agenda-first workflow, supports loading earlier and later agenda windows, shows weekday headers consistently, and adds schedule display preferences for on-duty/on-call supervisor coverage and grouping shifts by time across supported views.

O/D coverage is now surfaced in native agency views. Members can see assigned supervisor coverage in Upcoming and on schedule calendars, with coverage hidden or shown based on their schedule display preference.

Schedule and Detail / Overtime actions now warn about conflicts before users are assigned to overlapping work or indicate interest while they have active time off or another assignment. Authorized users can review the conflict summary and continue when appropriate.
