## What is FructoFree?

FructoFree is dedicated to those living with hereditary fructose intolerance. Every recipe is designed to be fructose-free (and free of sucrose, sorbitol, etc.), and is tested and verified by people who actually cook them.

What you can do:
• Search for safe recipes, filtered by category (appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts)
• Post your own recipes in just a few steps, including ingredients, measurements, and instructions
• Comment, give advice, and share your experience with other members

Cooking with fructosemia doesn’t have to be a lonely journey.
FructoFree brings together the experiences of those living with this condition to make it easier to choose what to serve at the table.
