### 1/5 — Review of app waste of time

*2014-02-21*

Waste of money, hardly any information, Google is a better option. Very disappointing app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’ve updated the app so you should find it now included more information - but we can’t compete with Google 😁

### 1/5 — Waste if Money

*2013-12-24*

Very poor with little useful information. Don't bother.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2024-06-16*

A) not enough information. I expected to see fructose percentage for various foods. It only gives three evaluations from OK to Avoid

B) missing essential foodstuffs. E.g. under drinks search for Coca Cola, Pepsi cola, or tonic water. Nothing found.

C) suspect information. White sugar is SAfE TO EAT (as are most sugars) while honey is not. Really?

Total waste of 99p. Don't bother.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.

### 1/5 — Nicht zu empfehlen

*2022-06-17*

App ist sehr langsam. Es sind nur sehr wenige Artikel enthalten

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Wir haben alle Punkte überprüft und einige Aktualisierungen vorgenommen.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2019-02-25*

I was hoping for a comprehensive and detailed list. What we got was a small, limited list. For example, green peppers are listed in the restricted area with no mention of red, yellow, or orange peppers. Green peppers should actually be listed in the “try it” area with the other colors being more restricted. Bummed I spent .99, when many other quick resources are available online.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.

### 1/5 — Web site does not work

*2017-04-08*

I tried to send feedback on the small list of food allowed provided. However my email was returned. So this site is not current. Save your money as this site is not current and appears to be abandoned!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.

### 1/5 — No

*2016-04-10*

I don't think the info is accurate.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2016-01-04*

Totally useless as far as I'm concerned. No details relating to foods listed and minimal listing. I can't believe this is a paid app. Hoping for so much more. Deleted soon after wasting my money.

**Developer response:** Thank for the feedback. Sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. The app is designed to be basic and simple to use.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2015-10-01*

Same information as if you google fructose. Don't waste your money.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Yes all the information in the app is freely available, we combined all that information into one single easy to use app.

### 1/5 — Mrs

*2014-10-30*

I agree with the only other review. Very disappointed, I have more information from doctor than this app provides, should be deleted from Apple Store, I would also like money back.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’ve made updates to our app, so there is more information that is more accurate. Happy to refund - send us an email and let’s sort that out for you.

### 1/5 — Want my money back!!!

*2014-08-14*

So many spelling mistakes. Very many foods are missing (I.e honey). Give me my money back

**Developer response:** That you for your feedback. We’ve updated the app so there is more accurate information and no spelling mistakes now 😁

### 1/5 — Do not buy this app!

*2014-03-11*

Worst app! I bought this because I have just read 'sweet poison quit plan' and the book itself has more accurate information, which is also correct ! It's a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, we’ve made some updates to the app so you should find more accurate and complete information.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Basic but useful

*2017-12-09*

Basic but useful. It’s got what you need. No frills.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Happy to hear you find the app useful.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2013-09-04*

Accurate and easy to use, will be very handy when eating out!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback!

### 5/5 — Helping my day to day life

*2013-08-24*

Finally!!! An app I can use in my everyday life. This app will save me so much time and its so accurate.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback!

### 4/5 — Basic list

*2016-05-18*

Pretty basic app and list. I would like opportunity to add or edit items as some foods that are considered "safe" are intolerable for me. App runs and opens well.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback!

### 3/5 — Limited information

*2017-07-19*

Great set up & visual. Very limited list of foods. Better info available for free on internet, just not in this easy format. Would help if had amount of fructose per serving.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We've added this information into the app now. Enjoy.

### 3/5 — Useful for a quick check

*2015-11-20*

If you need to perform a quick check to see whether or not you should avoid the item this is a useful tool. The search feature is broken up by category; it should allow for an overall search feature as opposed to having to figure out what category to look up.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. UI has been overhauled now - hopefully you find it easier to use!

### 2/5 — Limited List of Foods

*2017-02-14*

Useful quick guide when grocery shopping but charging a fee to download the app for such a small list of foods under each category seems silly. For example, vodka is listed with green dot and then "alcohol" is listed with red dot. There should be same level of specificity offered across the board. Wouldn't recommend paying to see these lists. Better off using google.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.

### 2/5 — Just OK

*2017-01-17*

Ok for quick reference. I noticed there are some foods listed on both the safe to consume and do not consume. Such as pistachio nuts. This is confusing to those of us who are really trying to avoid eating the wrong things. I did consume pistachios and regretted it.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. We’ve reviewed all the items and made a few updates.
