I did a password reset and it still wouldn’t let me logon. I tried to setup a new account and it doesn’t recognize my account, though I have used the app. for many years. I checked with the local pharmacy to make sure I entered the information the same as they have it. Everything was right. Still won’t let me logon or setup a new account. I hit the “call” option at the end of the message to contact the support team and just get a voicemail. I left a message, but they don’t return call. I sent an email to the app support and they sent me an email with my username and link to reset my password. Sometimes it does not show the item has been submitted for refill and I have to call to get it refilled. There should also be a place to check if you want your RX delivered or hold for pickup.
