Lists are not sorting as chosen. Used it today while shopping and had to refresh every time I checked a box for a completed item to get the aisles to sort properly. This is what your competitor Safeway does. I shouldn’t have to pull out my phone at check out and pull up my card in the app. I work in IT and see most store apps are not frictionless or are poorly designed to interact with main back office systems. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2026-07-05, version 95.3.0* Recent update signed my account out and now won’t allow to login just get the dreaded spinning wheel. What in the world kind of update is this? The list was already a pain. No one uses the list like a grocery list to check off items when they’ve been added to cart—this should be considered our “favorites”. I don’t know what kind of management is going on for the frys app but this is the dumbest update yet. It’s OK with my andoids and desk top. I used the app last week at Fred Meyer. I cannot sign in at all or get any images. HELP!!!! I doesn’t work on the website either. What happened? I see others have the same problems. No fixes so I guess Kroger doesn’t want you to get any sale prices. It’s a carrot!!! It’s on sale but not available. Now it takes you out of the app (without warning) to the manufacturer’s website and going back to the app you’ll be at the scanning screen with a spinning loading icon that never updates. I have 2 numbers now because it keeps losing my other one and cosine service hasn’t been much help. WiFi never works in store, even when connected to their WiFi. Also, when you scan the digital coupons, it never works, or reopens to the app itself and doesn’t take you to the specific item; you have to search for the item that has the digital coupons again, competitors apps allow you to scan and pull up the item/digital coupon right away. What’s the point of having the scan digital coupon option only for it not to work ### 1/5 — They take your money then cancel your order *2026-08-08, version 97.0.0* They are system errors, where I place an order and then it cancels automatically because of their system error takes my money and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to release it back to me and I have no groceries and all that they can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone is really nice to my Father and Mother and always smile and talk to them. If I go to the store without them they always ask how are they doing. Like I said, it’s a community store. Clean and professional it’s one of the best fry’s in the area. Raquel and her co-workers are awesome! But I decided to rate anyway because the groceries were delivered quickly and will everything I listed. Also, the person delivering the groceries communicated with me so well that I just had to give this a five star rating. Usually, I have trouble with other delivery apps when it comes to communication, so this is a delightful change. The app wants you to use a cart instead, which has no sort option. Ok I’ll build a cart and then copy to a list. Nope, now that’s broken and creates a 0 item list from a cart with multiple items. Updated: it appears the issue with lists has been fixed and the app is excellent to use again!
