Use the packaged workouts provided by FS Boxing which focus on various aspects required to excel at boxing such as strength, endurance, and stamina exercises. Already know what you need to improve on? Create your own custom workouts and even share them with friends. You can create up to three custom workouts for free!

Love competition like we do? Use Challenges within FS Boxing and get some healthy competition going with your friends. FS Boxing Challenges gives you and your friends a place to compete on a common fitness goal as well as a place to post messages of encouragement and congratulations related to your training. Setting a goal can help you focus in on what you need to accomplish, and having your friends involved makes it fun!

With a FS Boxing challenge, you accumulate points for the workouts you complete both within FS Boxing as well as the workouts you’ve done outside of the FS Boxing app. There are three types of challenges you can create: ‘Race’, ‘Highest’ and ‘Goal’ challenges; each having a slightly different criteria for how you win the challenge.
