Second day of use and it had only worked occasionally and never when needed. We have no idea where our child is at any point and even whether the bus is working. Considering we get the bus for safety of our child and the long distance (when early knowledge of any problem is essential) the app is actually more dangerous than having no app.

I am forced to give one star because the feedback won’t allow none
