## What is FS Golf?

Improve your game and bring your practice to a new level with the FlightScope Golf mobile app. Pair your device with a FlightScope radar to record training sessions providing accurate data and automatically trimmed video. FS Golf provides various ways of displaying data so you can choose your favourite and focus solely on aspects you want to improve.


Designed for players of all skill levels, from professionals to beginners, in order to enhance their training sessions. Hone your skills with purpose by using Data Margins – choose parameters and pick their minimal and maximum values to get visual feedback when your shot meets set requirements.


Record your sessions assisted by the FS Golf app on your Apple Watch. You can choose out of six different layouts to display selected parameters of recorded shots. Use your device to review shots and easily change clubs without stopping the session or reaching out for your smartphone. Our Apple Watch app also allows you to check the radar’s status so you will always know when it is ready for the next shot.


Features:

Recording videos with customizable data overlay – choose displayed parameters and put them in an order that suits you.

3D trajectory, top and side views – analyze your shot trajectories from different angles and perspectives.

Grouping shots – review shots grouped by the club you have used.

Data Margins – you can assign margins to any parameter or set of parameters. Results are highlighted green when they are within those values or red when they are outside the scope.

Social Media – share your recorded videos with a customizable data blocks overlay.

Apple Watch – choose one out of six layouts and display selected parameters instantly on your smartwatch, review your shots, switch clubs quickly and easily, and check when the radar is ready for the next shot, all on your wrist.

Compatible with radar models: Mevo+, X3, Xi Series, X2, and X2 Elite.


Parameters for Mevo+ : Carry Distance, Club Head Speed, Ball Speed, Vertical Launch Angle, Spin Rate, Smash Factor, Apex Height, Angle of Attack, Spin Loft, Horizontal Launch Angle, Spin Axis, Roll Distance, Lateral, Shot Type.


Additional parameters for the X3: Club Path, Face to Path, Face to Target, Dynamic Loft, Vertical Descent Angle, Vertical Swing Plane, Horizontal Swing Plane, Low Point, Curve.


Additional parameters for Xi Series, X2, and X2 Elite: Club Path, Face to Path, Face to Target, Dynamic Loft, Vertical Descent Angle, Vertical Swing Plane, Horizontal Swing Plane, Low Point.

### 4/5 — Consistent Improvements

Wanted to write a review due to what I see as slightly unfair downgrading of rankings for this app. I’ve owned a Mevo2 since they came out and since that time the app has been consistently improved. Connection to the device through home WiFi is so much better. In any case, it typically works very well for me and connects quickly. It did not when I first got it and I would have given this app 1 or 2 stars. I really like the device. I’m using it outside hitting into a net so can’t speak to indoor use. It takes up some room and I feel like it’s very good for backyard or driveway. I leave my mat and net set up at all times and a tripod to hold my iPad and have my (secondary purchase) leveling base sitting in the correct location too. So setup isn’t anything—I just turn it on, put the iPad in place, and when the blue connection light comes on I’m good to go. I usually turn my device on inside and by the time I’ve walked to the mat it’s often connected. I do wish they’d add a few different ranges to the FS Golf app—a chipping range or at least a green and you could adjust distance or whether you’re in a bunker. Or even green slope and you could chip to drop zones and watch it roll to hole.

I might have to return this launch monitor after all. Steer clear until Flightscope gets it together. 

I really thought we were past the point where companies didn't invest in their apps. It's not often you run into an app on the App Store that works so poorly. 

You would think that if a company asks you to spend so much money on a product, the least they could do is ensure the application that supports the product works well 

All I want to do is go into my yard and practice some golf, but this little device won't connect to my Wi-Fi. The app keeps crashing.

The latest Mevo 2 feels like a product that should still be labeled as “beta.” The hardware may be capable, but the software is lacking. Using it outdoors is frustrating, setup takes around 5 minutes every session, and yardages seem overly generous even when following all recommended parameters. The unit also disconnects during longer sessions, and I’ve had repeated issues with both the iPhone and iPad apps. With no meaningful updates in months, the overall experience feels unfinished. Very disappointing. I’d stay away for now.

I am unable to look back at any of my previous sessions with review session on my Mevo gen 2 in the app. The page is completely frozen and I can’t manipulate anything within it. This didn’t used to be a problem so I don’t know what is going on but I hope it gets fixed soon, because i love the product when it works.

When this app is working it is great. However I constantly have issues with connectivity and missed shots. I recently changed my password and had to delete the app in order to sign back in losing all of my data. I would expect more considering the costs of their products.

I have bought mevo plus and pro package few years ago.
I really like it. It is very helpful to pinpoint my swing issue。
I do have some wish list items:
If I can configure the setting I used very often, that will be great. For example. I always use top view with data margin turn on. If I can save my preference. Then I don not need to set them every time.
I also want to show more parameter and still stay in top view, if I can adjust font size smaller to have more parameters, I will be very happy.
Anyway , I like the product. I hope it can become better and better.

Cannot get past login screen on IPad Pro non-cellular. This app is worthless without getting past this issue…and yes, I am connected to the internet, as I write this review on said iPad.

This app is unpolished to say the least, and it barely even runs. I got about thirty shots into my first session before it froze, i restarted it and it crashed, then froze again, then i gave up and left the range because fighting with your phone isn’t conducive to a good range session. I’m upset that I paid over $1300 on a piece of hardware and it doesn’t even seem like they spent as much developing the software to use it. Do better please.

For the amount of money you pay for the launch monitor the app is horrible.  I had to download a third party app for my memo gen2 to even register a ball.    Returning monitor because app is not user friendly
