I have my phone set for face recognition and still have issues. I am trying to reset my password and still nothing. If the system is down for maintenance, please say maintenance, not unable to access. I don’t know if it’s me, my password or something else preventing me from signing on. I’ve also tried to use Bank By phone for my second account and it’s telling me it cannot recognize my Social Security number, so now I can’t get a balance on that account. ### 1/5 — Upgrade the app failed *2023-01-13* Every time I try to use the app it direct me to upgrade. When I click upgrade it tells me to open the app and I go back to the request to upgrade. Before you used to be able to see what transactions were still pending. Now it looks like every transaction has cleared. Bring back the old version! It crashes and locks me out constantly, there are extremely limited options. No mobile check depositing which is a headache. It truly is the most inconsistent, buggy, mediocre application my phone has ever ran. Logging in rarely works, the app will give you error messages with no explanation, the interface is terrible. It’s basically just a web browsers disguised as an app and functions accordingly. I’ve had to reset my password dozens of times, and dozens of calls to customer service to grant me access. Logging completely out, and having to set up Face ID every time you log back in is a PITA. Most other bank apps allow this. I have been told a few times over the years that they would submit my name to see if this feature can be added to my app. This feature is already available to certain people who work with the Bank.
