It even has an option to make savings accounts within your existing checking account. It’s pretty convenient not having to save money separate from my checking account. Unfortunately, after roughly 8pm the app is practically useless. You can go through the motions of making money transfers from your checking to savings account, but nothing actually happens and the app will still show the same amounts in both accounts that was there prior. Additionally, you can’t trust the amount shown in accounts after 8pm. I don’t know what’s wrong with the app, but the number I’m shown as my balance at night is never correct and when I check my transaction activity, all of my transactions are shown, but the amounts are made up by the app to arrive at the incorrect conclusion previously given. I don’t typically have time during the day to check my balance, so I usually handle my banking at night, making the app far less useful to me with it only working sometimes. ### 4/5 — Rate app *2026-02-02, version 8.0.250900* Very easy to use. The past 2 months I’ve had to get on my laptop in order to transfer money because the app is broken and won’t let me select what account I’m trying to transfer into. Now the website won’t load either. It is always having issues and it’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to pay bills but the app and website are constantly have issues and/or won’t load and you can’t see how much money you have or transfer money. ### 1/5 — Frustrated customer *2025-10-27, version 8.0.250900* I have not been happy with this ap at all since the recent “upgrade”. All I get is a message saying there was a purchase made and then I have to go all the way into my checking account to find out. So the app is OK not the way the notifications are sent in text form. Very disturbing. Very distraught. Texting isn’t worth the time it takes to open it. Texting totally worthless!!!! NOW it doesn’t even show the balance in the morning!! It has NO value!!! **Developer response:** We are constantly working to improve our services, including our text alerts. I’ve banked with first state Community Bank for eight years, and never once has my account gone into the negative or been overdrafted, but with this new mobile banking app, it has now happened four times. highly satisfied with the new mobile banking app. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2025-04-10* If I could give this app zero stars I would do so: The previous app for the bank was in real time or as close to real time as possible. Then the bank switched to this which is the exact opposite. The “alerts” that are offered our generic and don’t tell you anything other than some sort of activity was happening with your account. The previous app told us specifically what was happening with the account and it alerted you to if your account was nearing negative. This does none of that. I might as well be keeping an old-fashioned checkbook ledger. I don’t want to do that with online banking. Especially when I know there’s other apps out there giving us real time. That’s what I want to see in an online baking app. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback.
