One button can erase all your inputted data, with no way to recover… then after spending much time filling out details for labor and materials for multiple line items, description, why, price… clicking on attachment for the invoice either doesn’t work or freezes in the please wait screen…

This should not be used in a professional environment

This is the worst app I’ve ever used for work. It’s slow and never loads my jobs. Only upload 10 pictures at a time and takes forever to upload. It’s unbelievable that they force people to use this broken app

This is the most useless app for work order management available.

This is by far the most trash app I have ever used. The app is slow and drains your phone battery. The user interface is very poorly designed and very hard to navigate. It is 2023 and the app does not even have an option to upload multiple pictures at once. Who ever designed this app must have been in grade school because I know middle schoolers who could do a better job designing this app.

I was asked to install this app for work purposes. It’s far behind from other apps, they suggest to use to look up equipment but most likely you will be the one to request equipment to be added while on a job site. Having to look up non existent equipment is a waste of time. Having to request equipment by make, model and serial number, well might as well call the manufacturer.
