The green check mark for submitted reports is a nice feature. ### 3/5 — Loving and great Idea for an app, but... *2023-11-30, version 2.5.1* It seems to be hit or miss when it comes to uploading that FGS file. Even with the app updated I cant upload the file, which unfortunately renders the app useless. Even though it would take more time, Id like to see a feature that allows you to manually upload each publisher's information to bypass this issue ### 3/5 — Worked for awhile *2023-09-13, version 2.4.0* Worked when I first installed it however now it just opens to the splash page and does not blow the data into the app, then it sits idle for a couple of minutes before just closing or (crashing). ### 4/5 — Helpful, convenient. Wish list items: *2022-12-11, version 2.2.1* I use this for my service group and it works great but I’ve had several other group overseers tell me they couldn’t get it to work on their iPhone…the publisher info just won’t import. Not to mention we have a couple Android-using overseers as well. I’d love to see an option for Secretaries to be able to use this for ALL publishers and be able to input meeting attendance as well. Hopefully these are some things that can be rolled out in an update. ### 3/5 — Love the convenience but keeps crashing *2022-05-17, version 2.0.5* The function of this app and convenience is awesome however I continue to have problems where it crashes as I am trying to open it. This will happen sometimes for days at a time and require me to delete and re-download in order to fix. Have troubleshoot and nothing it correcting the issue… ### 4/5 — Some Publishers being designated as pioneers when they are not *2022-02-23, version 2.0.4* I’m the secretary in my congregation, and have been using KHS and KHS mobile for a couple years. Recently, KHS and KHS mobile has been designating 5 publishers as pioneers. They are not listed as pioneers in KHS, but they are showing as pioneers in KHS and KHS mobile. Can you help?? ### 3/5 — Problem when Inputting Details *2021-10-09, version 2.0.2* The FSG Mobile App is really good. I like it. But I am having problems when filling in the reports. The App tends to delete everything when I tap DONE. If all the fields are filled out, once I click “Done”, everything get deleted. If one of the fields is empty, I have it to tap on it, then click “Done” in order for it to save the information. Please fix this bug coz it’s really annoying. Thank you ### 4/5 — Good app, one missing feature *2021-08-05, version 1.1.6* The recent versions of this have fixed so many bugs. I have a few left, but nothing major. There is one feature I really would like to see though. I really wish we could see in the publisher list which publishers I’ve put in time for versus those I’m still missing time for. AFAIK, there is no Android counterpart. But anyway, I’m glad, because I’m Mac-based. I just want to add, if you are the Secretary, or fully utilizing KHS and you use a Mac - get Parallels software. Like getting a Windows machine. My only criticism of this app is that - can you please change the type that you enter the numbers to black? I can hardly see what I’m entering. Other than that, as a Secretary and Field Service Group Overseer, so welcoming! Note: found out it does this when you have you iOS win dark mode so… never mind! ### 3/5 — Driving me crazy! *2021-06-12, version 1.1.4* I love the concept. I encourage all of our elders to use it. But now it doesn’t allow me to enter numbers. I have been working over an hour just to do 3 pubs. At first it doesn’t accept the number, then it disappears after I do. I tried updating the ap but still the same problem. I had a little trouble with it last month but now it seems worse. Please help. Thanks so much. I use the one for school and love it in kh group but not sure what to do now.. Im sorry I couldn’t give it more than three, but if it doesn’t work I can’t give it 5. ### 4/5 — Bug issues *2021-06-01, version 1.1.4* When it works, it works great. But lately, it won’t load at all and I have to delete and redownload in order to open the app. Also, sometimes when loading time into the app, the numbers don’t stay after inputting them. For example, I will put in placements for a publisher but when I got to put in their hours, their placements resets to 0. ### 5/5 — FSG. He’s unable to open the file. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Does not work any longer *2024-09-20, version 2.6.2* Was a great way to enter reports for a couple of years. But the App no longer works, will not register publishers reports and secretary is unable to load the file due to this issue. Developer has not responded with a fix, so going to delete the app. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous program *2022-07-07, version 2.1.1* This program is NOT user friendly! It’s a waste of time. Would not recommend to some one I didn’t like. Utterly ridiculous. ### 1/5 — FSG Mobile continues to disappoint *2022-05-17, version 2.0.5* I bought by required "donation" the KHS from this chap, only to find I the C.O. Could not open the files. I moved a year ago, no longer secretary. So for ipad I obtained the FSG Mobile. Loads like a charm, but when I send report to secretary, the records are out of order and half the reports have no publisher name. I have to go back to entering in Excel and send as pdf. Disappointed to say the least, but at least I don't have to congregations confidential files to icloud as KHS requires. ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing. *2021-07-04, version 1.1.5* I this app used to work well on my iPhone. But has not worked since April. Keeps crashing. I did love this app because I could enter data right away on my iPhone as people sent their reports to me via text. As soon as I enter one person after the new month and leave the app, the next time in it crashes. Notified the developer but got no response. Deleted. Now just using Apple Notes. ### 2/5 — App regularly rejects data *2021-02-06, version 1.1.1* When I try to enter reports, more than half the time, the numbers just don’t change. Sometimes, even when they do, I check back and they have returned to zero. I have even submitted a months report but then learned that the last publisher entered had been changed back to zero. I will be very happy to have this app if it can get the bugs worked out of it. And yes, I am running the newest version of the app and have tried it on a 5 year old ipad and a brand new one with the same issues. ### 2/5 — Collecting reports works great *2020-12-14, version 1.0.3* The only problem was in sending the report. Can’t filter to find missing reports. I’d be happy to update the review once these bugs are fixed. No info is imported. Tried installing again, tried on different iOS platforms (iPhone and iPad) same result Could that be fixed? We updated to our KHS to version 16.24 and iOS to 14.2 on an iPhone 8 Plus And it still crashes when we try importing the file. FSG Mobile flashes and shuts down 😮 Hi, here’s an update: Thank you for the recent update to FSG Mobile and khs. Now at least the app doesn’t crash when trying to import the files. But the Names do not appear in FSG once imported 🤔 ### 2/5 — The app keeps crashing *2020-11-06, version 1.0* Hello The app keeps crashing even when the secretary sent me an updated file. He was using the latest version himself also. However, this app would be so much better if when you enter info into a publisher, it changes the color or something to indicate that the report if filled out. On the main screen it gives the list of everyone’s names but no indicator if I’ve filled out their report. I have to tap on the name or go off memory to see if it’s filled out. It would be such a nice quality of life change for the app to quickly see who has and hasn’t turned anything in yet. From a software standpoint it seems like an easy add as well. Re: iPad app doesn’t save entries *2021-11-02, version 2.0.2* Thanks for the fast fix re: I am unable to save entries on the iPad. It deletes the entries and it takes 4-5 tries to get it to save. I tried to look report a bug on the developer website but there is no option to do so. I am on the latest version of the app, as I just downloaded it. Other than that the app works fine, it saves time and is convenient. ### 5/5 — Super! *2021-09-20, version 2.0.1* This app is a perfect complement to the Desktop version. And that is a real compliment! It makes it possible to send my FSRs wherever I may be at. Kudos! However, the only problem is doesn’t seem to be able to catch a previous month to enter a late report. It keeps coming back to the current month. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
