FSi C172 is the ultimate instrument panel for your favorite flight simulator. It allows you to completely hide the cockpit of the Flight Simulator, so you can enjoy both beautiful instruments and scenery. IMPORTANT - this app is intended for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar 3D or X-Plane users and is not usable on its own. You will need the iPad and the computer running the simulator to be on the same network. The instrument panel is themed after Cessna C172, but will work with any aircraft you wish to fly. Hope the FS2020 update comes out soon. ### 1/5 — Did not work *2016-09-20* Mine did not connect to my computer. I tried troubleshooting it and nothing worked. I contacted avioware via email and did not get help. I wouldn't download it again. ### 3/5 — Doesn't match in game gauges *2016-01-14* Download and install was easy and the gauges are very clear. Was running with the a2a simulation cessna ( the only cessna worth flying in fsx) and several gauges did not match those in game. The tachometer, fuel flow, egt, amps, oil pressure, and oil temp appear operational but give very different read outs from the gauges in game. ### 1/5 — Not Great *2015-11-01* Keeps dropping and does not work properly ### 5/5 — Apple *2014-03-05, version 1.8* It's not the best game to play ### 1/5 — Won't Sync - No support *2014-02-13* Somehow I did get this to sync up to FSX one time after many attempts. Even though I was getting about 28fps, there was a very noticeable stuttering of the FSX scenery. It went away as soon as I disconnected from the server. Of course after that I never established a connection with server again. After sending an email to support, I finally got a response the next day suggesting I move the iPad closer to my router. I don't think so. It's only about two feet away now.
