## Newest reviews (2 of 22)

### 2/5 — ** Only works for 10 minutes **

*2012-09-04, version 1.1*

The App Store description fails to say that this free version only works for 10 minutes.

### 2/5 — FSi C172

Good game recommend it

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Did not work

*2016-09-20*

Mine did not connect to my computer. I tried troubleshooting it and nothing worked. I contacted avioware via email and did not get help. I wouldn't download it again.

### 1/5 — Not Great

*2015-11-01*

Keeps dropping and does not work properly

### 1/5 — Won't Sync - No support

*2014-02-13*

Somehow I did get this to sync up to FSX one time after many attempts. Even though I was getting about 28fps, there was a very noticeable stuttering of the FSX scenery. It went away as soon as I disconnected from the server. Of course after that I never established a connection with server again. After sending an email to support, I finally got a response the next day suggesting I move the iPad closer to my router. I don't think so. It's only about two feet away now. I haven't heard from them again.

### 1/5 — Not good

*2013-05-26, version 1.6*

### 1/5 — Looks like fun if it would work

*2013-03-18*

### 1/5 — Fix and I'll buy!

*2013-01-20*

Great idea but locks up with no way to reset. I would love to have this but it has to work!

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2012-11-22, version 1.2*

### 1/5 — What's the point

*2012-11-18, version 1.2*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very good app

*2020-09-12, version 1.10*

I use this app to display the Cessna gauges on my IPAD and it works flawlessly. Hope the FS2020 update comes out soon.

### 5/5 — Apple

*2014-03-05, version 1.8*

It's not the best game to play

### 5/5 — Does not work

*2013-04-14, version 1.5*

Wish they actually work just by plugging it in to the computer

### 5/5 — Info please

*2012-11-30, version 1.2*

I found this very easy to set up for xplane 9.
After installing the PC server counterpart I selected "test data" on the server menu. This immediately showed the quality of the instruments as they started to roll with the random data being fired from the PC to the app.
In xplane itself a new plugin was present on the plugin menu.
All instruments maintain that extra level of fluidity that xplane has over FSX, so if you're using this on FSX that's probably a bonus.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2012-11-29*

The free version only works ten minutes at a time. You need FSX or another compatible PC or Mac flight simulator for this app to work. It is not stand-alone. I use it with both FSX and Prepar3d on Win 7 x64 without crashes or lag. The app will work with aircraft other than a Cessna 172, but the readings of some of the instruments (like airspeed) may pin the Cessna instrument to the maximum value.

Beware a few similar apps that claim to provide instrument panels for computer-based flight simulators. They don't work.

### 5/5 — Good for fsx

*2012-11-25, version 1.2*

This app is for fsx but should have the capabilities to be wired in and play as well as authenticating through a wired connection. It should be once you wire it in and the server is on it automatically connects and you can remove the wire

### 5/5 — Useful

*2012-11-12, version 1.2*

Great but it would be really cool if they made it so that you could connect to your computer via USB cable.

### 4/5 — Works great with Mac

*2013-02-13*

I have the demo version X-Plane 10 and used this free app for the Cessna. Did the manual upload (drag and drop) and it worked out great, first try. Wish the full version wasn't 14 bucks and Cessna only.

### 3/5 — Doesn't match in game gauges

*2016-01-14*

Download and install was easy and the gauges are very clear. Was running with the a2a simulation cessna ( the only cessna worth flying in fsx) and several gauges did not match those in game. The tachometer, fuel flow, egt, amps, oil pressure, and oil temp appear operational but give very different read outs from the gauges in game.

### 3/5 — Echotwenty

*2013-05-14, version 1.6*

Works fine but is only a demo version.
