Also the transfer funds screen doesn’t display balances on the drop down during the transfer process. FSNB is typically behind other banks by 10 years. ### 1/5 — Can’t login on the app *2025-10-06, version 25.8.0* For several weeks I been having tons of issues logging in to the app. ### 2/5 — What’s up with the load time? *2025-10-03, version 25.8.0* Usually, it takes longer than other apps for FSNB mobile banking to fully load and open. Lately it’s taking upwards of five minutes to be able to look at your account. I have been able to log into the IVR check my account and ask customer service a question hang up the phone and the app is still not fully loaded. It says on the log in screen there is an update to go to the App Store and install it…WHERE?! Where is the update sir, ma’am?? Not seeing it! It’s always something with this bank. ALWAYS! ### 5/5 — Card cut off *2024-10-31, version 7.0.5910* I’m tired of the bank not sending me any warning of cutting my card of with the reason of it’s sold on the black market. No charges were on the account, just said the number was sold. I was trying to pay for my dinner and there I am with no cash and no card. Then they pull an extra 125.00 at the gas pump for some reason and I have my receipt after I was done. 42.00 for fuel. ### 5/5 — Great mobile app! *2024-03-23* I don’t understand the bad reviews? The mobile app works perfect, and I have had zero issues. The app is constantly updated, and working properly. There is no bugs, glitches, or any issues with the app and I have been using it for awhile now. The app allows me to do all of my banking from my phone since I don’t live near a branch. It’s convenient, easy to use and navigate through I also love the new update! Thank you, FSNB!!!! ### 3/5 — Crazy *2024-02-13, version 6.1.5804* I am a elite customer and most recently every time I use my card for online purchases it declines. Then charges me a dollar for the decline when I have over 3 grand in my account. This bank is so wild. At first it was good now it’s like when I use my card more they decline it. The rep said from her own words if I want to do larger purchases to add money to cash app or a prepaid card and do it that way to avoid the hassle of their sensitive system always flagging things. I have to call or use an atm to view balances.
