The wait times aren’t 5 minutes but it’s free and cheaper than Lyft if you go off campus. The vehicles are amazing and way safer than Lyft you get to know your drivers and all of them are super nice, thanks FSU! ### 1/5 — Wait times are egregious *2026-04-19* Incredible downgrade from the lyft codes. The wait times of egregious and undermine the goal of safety and convenience that this new system claims. ### 1/5 — This sucks *2026-04-12* This is a terrible downgrade from the Lyft deal. It shows how much FSU cares about money more than their students. It took ten extra minutes for the driver to get to me, the license plate didn’t match, there is no photo for the driver, the driver went over ten minutes out of the way to get to the destination and no not to pick up another rider. And what is with random ppl being with me. This is gonna end terrible if there is a drunk girl trapped in the back with a man. FSU needs to go back to the Lyft code immediately period. There are so many other potential issues that can come from this that were never an issue with Lyft.
