It takes forever to load and doesn’t refresh once in. Won’t let me make timely transfers or pay bills reliably. Your call service center is the worst thing ever. I live 45 miles from my branch and when I call I get the call center and I called my branch. I hate this. When I call I want to talk to someone at my branch. The most ladies at the call service do not speak plainly enough to understand. I have to repeat my name and they want my account information. I don’t know them and will not give it when all I did was call to talk to someone at my branch. You never know if the call has been hijacked or if it is even in Colorado . Are these people even in the office or working from home. I don’t trust this. Even to get transferred they want this information or a SSN tied to my account. What happened to old fashioned customer service? This is the main reason I keep looking at other banks, your people at the cortez branch are the only reason we are staying for now. Have been with this branch since it opened. We are not the only customers who feel this way. Ask your customers. I feel this is a waste of time and resources. Please let us call our branch. If they are to busy to answer the calls get a receptionist to take messages. Some times the old ways are better. ### 4/5 — Poor access to account info *2023-05-24* Since the new app was launched we lost access to our previous statements. I was told by the rep they could print a copy off if I needed it.
