FSWidgets EFB is an Electronic Flight Bag powered by Dropbox for use with MSFS, FSX, FS9, X-Plane and Aerofly FS 2. This app is completely configurable and allows you to add or remove approach plates, charts, manuals, flight plans and weather image links in the Dropbox folder on your Mac or Windows PC. Set up the folders as described on the in-app Help tab and they will be instantly mirrored on your device. Think of it as B.Y.O. content! You can store copies of your charts and manuals on the device to speed up loading times and save on bandwidth (the default setting). You can also clear the downloaded copies on the device and grab the new versions. The WX Images page displays radar and other weather related images from the internet and stores a history of the last six images which can be recalled by tapping on the smaller previews. The EFB comes with a default WX Images link file, pre-configured with dozens of sample links. This file can be sent to your Dropbox and edited with our free WX Links Utility, then sent back to the device. The moving map included in the FSWidgets EFB comes with flight plan display. It supports MSFS, FSX, FS9 or X-Plane native flight plan files and makes a perfect companion for our dedicated moving map app iGMapHD for iPad. Will not connect to Flight sims without another download that Can’t be found. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS APP. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2012-03-14, version 1.0* This is one great app! I love it. It gives you easy access to all of your charts and manuals. The map is great also. No more taking up screen space with the fsx gps that is hard to see. This map is easy to read and let's you know where you are and what is around you. The weather page is awesome also. I can't say enough positive. The customer support is the best I have received in an app. Buy it now. You will not regret it! ### 5/5 — FS Widgets EFB for iPad *2012-03-04, version 1.0* As one of the beta testers of this product I can tell you that it is fantastic. Having the charts and weather along with the map that shows all of your flight plans makes the simulator flying experience so much better. It has changed the way I fly for the better. If used in conjunction with their iGMapHD which by the way can be switched back and forth from one to the other by a double tap of the home button, you have in my opinion 2 of the best addons for flight simulator. Having it tied to Dropbox means that you can set up all the folders on your computer and when you turn it on on the iPad everything is there ready to be used. All your flight plans, charts, weather and manuals too. It's well worth the money.
