FT Control for YAESU is an innovative Software Defined Radio (SDR) client designed specifically for iPad and iPhone users, allowing comprehensive control and operation of selected YAESU transceivers. Developed to maximize the capabilities of the FT-710, FTdx-10, and FTdx-101 (D or MP) models, this app is your gateway to operating your transceiver seamlessly, both locally and remotely via the internet.

I use this app all the time with my FT 710 on my IPhone and IPad.  It’s so convenient to just fire up FT8 from any location.  The audio quality is wonderful and I get high reports on my transmit audio.  Well worth every penny!

Don’t be afraid of the price.  It works great!  So many well thought out features.  I use my FT-DX10  so much much more now.  All the modes built in is awesome!  And the utilities like PSKReporter DXCluster etc etc.   Keep up the amazing work.

The native application from Yaesu just doesn’t do the job. Granted, the application from Yaesu has a much nicer interface but it does not do logging and it does not allow anything else to connect to the radio at the same time.

Thank you Marcus for adding the iPhone . This works great with all my Apple products. I really enjoy being free from the shack . Working POTA from the back patio or SCTV in the basement. Shortwave listening in the living room or FT8 in the kitchen. This is freedom! 
Adding the SCU-lan10 was a no brainer. As much as I like Icom, it was cost effective to add the lan10 as compared to upgrading a 7300 to a 7610 for the lan capability.

I have been using the Icom version of this app for some time, mostly for portable use, the logging, POTA and ft8. Now got this to use the home ft-dx10 and it’s great, same features, works well. Can now use the dx10 wherever I am, garden or away from home etc. Great bit of software.

Die Bedienung über das Ipad ist sehr komfortabel und flüssig. Über WIFI und auch über mobile Daten ist Funkbetrieb möglich. Die Tools wie logbook und FT8 sehr gelungen. Die Apps werden ständig weiterentwickelt. Nutze auch die Version für Mac sowie die Apps für Icom.

I purchased this app to control my 
FTDX 101MP. I already had the SU-LAND set up and running the original Yaesu app from their website but I wanted an app that is not so basic. So I went ahead and purchased this app. I had a little issue with it at first, but I contacted Marcus and he responded right away. With his help, I was able to fix the issue that I was having with the SU-LAND. Now I can remotely connect and control not only my Yaesu, but I can also use my SPE Expert amplifier remotely from anywhere in the world. The Yaesu is set up to power my amplifier every time I power the radio, and it has worked great for me since I am on the road most of the time.

I often travel with work and staying in hotels on your own is not much fun, I like to travel light but taking my lap top was needed if I wanted to play radio.. FT Control is a totally portable and lightweight solution and what’s more it is fully featured with full remote capabilities including FT8/FT4. This isn’t just an SWL SDR, you can also TX, I have not looked back as this has changed my remote operation completely and I can leave my weighty laptop behind! Worth every penny.
