Представляет из себя несколько планов по питанию. Калораж в планах рассчитывается исходя из ваших параметров. На этом все. Как то повлиять на содержание планов нельзя, рецептов нет, цвета вырвиглазные, приходятся рассматривать под лупой что там написано белым на желтом. Все это снабжается сырым интерфейсом. Ок, добавил в список покупок, но там есть только позиции что покупать, но сколько покупать? В список покупок ингредиенты добавляются без граммовок и дублируются. То есть если ты за все 7 дней добавил продукты в список покупок, то они задублируются и в магазине такой список будет бесполезным.
