It happens to me at least twice a week. If I ordered 5 packets of milk, the delivery guy will deliver 4 and mark it as 5 (guessing to pocket the money for one). I have to check everyday and request for refund for the missing milk pocket. Some customer rep will call me to confirm in my busy day about the missing milk to refund the amount. It’s so annoying to do this so many times. There should be a penalty for delivery person for incorrect number of milk and type of milk usually cheaper and charging more. Confirm with the delivery man. But if you really like talking with me and are going to call me twice a week, then let’s have one person as customer rep for me so my friendship blossom with that person. All they say is “sorry for the inconvenience, it won’t happen again” and then the same thing happens n number of times. Also the milk that gets delivered at 12pm is always spoilt. They have started charging for delivery and then ive not got my milk packet delivered on time. I had ordered groceries from them once, because of a glitch in their app…they sent me double quantities of everything (₹1000 worth of products) and when i raised complaint, they asked me to return the items next day and they refunded only half the amount. They deducted money from my account for a mistake that they made and after that they did not take any complaints from me. They just ignored my msgs and calls and they claim to be best at customer service!! JOKES!!!! Consistent delays disrupt morning routine, making your service unreliable. Your customer support is virtually unreachable, leaving customers frustrated and without recourse when issues arise. This is one of the most customer service platform, but I have ever seen, and they never reachable. Furthermore, your delivery personnel are unapproachable, preventing direct resolution of minor concerns. Most critically, I'm repeatedly receiving spoiled milk packets, posing health concerns and indicating a severe failure in your quality control. This situation is unsustainable and completely unacceptable. And to add to the Woes if you happen to want the refund of your wallet balance, you would not get it, FTH would still force you to use it to buy their pathetic services with which you wouldn’t be happy; and use the balance. So be careful on how much you want to recharge your wallet. If you avail this service provider, keep your fingers crossed and expect that nothing wrong should happen. And if some thing goes wrong, you are taken for a ride, it starts with the App, AI enabled, it decides if you have a problem or not, it decides what resolution you should be given, if you call the number provided you are answered by a Robot, who will tell you what to do and also tell you the resolution timelines based on your inputs. And by luck someone calls you, you are told you don’t know how to use the App, you are lectured and made to agree how illiterate you are.
