Very informative and easy to navigate. Customer service is also very responsive. ### 1/5 — $10 a month for nothing *2023-07-11* Just go talk to a mortgage loan officer. It’s free. This is very surface. If you’re serious about buying a house this is a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Don’t trust it! *2023-05-12* So I’m in the process of purchasing a house and someone suggested I download this app to keep an eye on my mortgage scores. EVERY VALIDATION QUESTION DID NOT APPLY 🤣 they literally had no correct information for any of my accounts except my phone number. Then told me I was wrong! I don’t have many accounts so I’m positive on top off having a current copy of my credit report. **Developer response:** Wittle-Bittless91 oof, we're sorry to hear you had a poor experience. We understand that that can be frustrating. The verification step is an extra layer of security and the questions come directly from TransUnion, not PicketFund. They are generated based on the information you enter in the step prior (first/last name, DOB, social, etc) It is possible that some information was entered incorrectly on that step, or that there was a mistake on TransUnion's end. We hope to hear from you soon. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2023-05-12* It’s honestly an Ok app. Only thing I don’t know is you can’t add a partner on here. I would be applying for a mortgage with them. So, I wanted DTI, and credit score info for me and him in my acct. but it doesn’t give you the option to see if jointly on the same acct. I believe he would have to make his own acct which makes the numbers and info given kind of inaccurate because they would be using both of our scores, and would need to calculate both of our DTI together and both of our incomes as well. Seems pretty new so I’m sure things will get more interesting. Would like to be able to link my checking account instead of just savings. Pretty smooth onboarding process, and the user dashboard is streamlined and simple to navigate.
