FTMO is a platform that offers a simulated trading environment to help users improve their trading skills. It provides a structured three-step process, including a challenge and verification, to test trading discipline and consistency. Successful traders can earn performance-based rewards.
The process involves an FTMO Challenge to demonstrate skills, followed by a Verification step to confirm consistency under flexible conditions. After completing both stages, users can move to a simulation stage where they can earn performance-based rewards by adhering to the platform's rules.
The app allows users to track their trading activity and view key metrics in Live MetriX. It also includes an Economic Calendar to stay updated on market events, an Equity Simulator to test strategies, and a Trading Journal to review progress.
FTMO provides services of simulated trading and educational tools for traders. It is not a broker and does not accept deposits. The platform is designed to help users develop and prove their trading skills in a risk-free environment.
The description mentions starting an FTMO Challenge with up to $200,000 of initial simulated balance and that the app is free to use for tracking trades. While specific costs for the challenge or verification are not detailed, the platform operates on a simulated basis and is accessible worldwide.
