Your support team is utterly useless, completely uneducated, and acts with zero professionalism. Dropping a paying customer's call instead of resolving the issue shows how terrible your staff is. I paid for a service, not a headache. I demand an immediate update right now: When exactly will my exchange issue be resolved? Stop wasting my time with your incompetent team and escalate this to a senior manager immediately ### 1/5 — UI/UX needs an update very badly - NO REVIW PRODUCT BUTTON (only Re-order button ) *2026-03-19* I brought a product and if I go to my orders to review the product. 1) I’m not able to click on each of the product that I have purchased and it will not navigate me to that product so that I can place a review. 2) when you go to my order option it shows re-order instead of asking me to review the product there is no dedicated button to review the product so whatever the hype in social media please avoid this product they don’t want you guys to review their items Customers should not find it difficult to navigate for the product they have brought this is really a poor UI/UX design ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-02-10* Very disappointing experience with Fuaark. I ordered a T-shirt from their website, but they sent me the wrong product. When I contacted customer support and informed them about the issue, they straight up denied it and said I should have recorded an unboxing video. That’s not a reasonable way to handle a genuine customer complaint. On top of that, the quality of the T-shirt I received is not good at all—definitely worse compared to the Fuaark T-shirt I previously purchased at the IHFF Expo, which was much better in fabric and finish. Overall, poor customer support and a drop in quality. This experience has really disappointed me. ### 1/5 — Too slow delivery *2026-02-01* I ordered 7-8 apparels from here and after 3 days I had to raise support ticket, after that they shipped my products, otherwise it was in confirmed status only. After it’s been shipped it’s been 3-4 days passed again and still no updates on its delivery. I have not even experienced the quality yet. No way I will order again, with this slow delivery no one will want to buy from you. I am for sure never buying again ### 1/5 — Worst Customer *2025-09-14* They Have Pathetic Service I don’t know if it’s only of Mumbai or For all over India. I hv ordered few products on 3sep they hv confirmed the order but don’t proceed with it.. after following up with their customer service they process it and dispatched after all when it has supposed to deliver on 11sep till date today 14sep 2025 I hvnt received my products. And blv me they don’t hv any idea about why my products are not deliver.. they blaming courier service for it.. which hv they hire it and asking to wait as it delayed from courier service.. they are not at all interested in giving after sales service once u paid them.. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed – 0% Satisfied *2025-08-19* I am extremely dissatisfied with this sportswear company. The quality is very poor and the products are nothing like what they show in the app. It feels like a complete waste of money. I got 0% satisfaction from this purchase. Don’t buy ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2025-01-27* Hi Fuaark Team, I don’t know what’s wrong with you guys, or if it was my mistake to place an order from your site. First, I ordered 4 t-shirts from your mobile app on January 12, and I received my parcel on January 18. Out of those, 2 t-shirts were oversized, so I requested an exchange. After so many days, I finally received my exchanged parcel today, but it is completely different and incorrect from what I ordered. I am attaching some screenshots to show what I had ordered and what was delivered. Please check and resolve my issue ASAP. Your service is absolutely pathetic. Looking forward to assisting you soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Support *2024-12-16* The products are of mediocre quality and when you try to return the products post delivery, there is absolutely no response by the Fuaark team on whatsapp or mail! They don’t have any active cellular numbers to call! I have tried getting in touch with them at least ten times, still no response! They don’t have any option of RETURN/EXCHANGE on their app, goes to show they want it to be difficult for the customers to return the product! Appreciate it ### 2/5 — Honest not paid no bot nothing *2025-07-13* I order 3 clothings from furaak at the same day but on same time i.e:- 11 of July 2025 i one i have paid for says will have 10 days delay in delivery and one with cod says on time but still with the delivery date of 12 days apart .
