The format of simply giving funny people space to be funny and do what they like without constantly having to break for adverts and inane playlisted pop drivel makes for some great shows. Found the app, downloaded it, won't open and load. Doesn't seem to be any way to listen on demand, it says there are highlights but not for shows I looked at. Tried to look at the Fu Casts but app just kept asking me to log in. Not even a proper iOS app, just a normal web page and some of the text is tiny on an iPhone screen. Give it a miss ### 2/5 — Good App, Too Many Repeats *2014-06-15, version 1.1* The app works great and has some great and unique features. As for the content, the station relies HEAVILY on repeats. Richard Herring's shows by far are the most repeated content, he left around three weeks ago. Why not hire someone to replace him, instead of repeating his shows over and over? Could be a great with a few more presenters, and less repetition. ### 5/5 — Interesting content *2020-06-16, version 6.4.0* There’s a tonne of interesting and funny content with a 24/7 schedule which is great. Love that it’s uncensored and live shows sets it apart from podcasts. I did listen once, like it but then forgot about it. Lockdown has given me time to circle back on this station. I wish I’d bothered to check it out more before now. I love it. Funny, mostly talk stuff and nothing like any other live radio I’ve heard before. Not sure how they get away with it but this is brilliant. I’ll be streaming a lot more from here from now on. Brilliant stuff ### 5/5 — Updated. Brilliant!!! *2016-04-29, version 5.1* I’m updating this now as I’ve been listening for a couple of years now. Fubar Radio is the best station out there. Irreverent Chat, comedy and outright craziness abounds on a great selection of programmes. Stand outs for me are Ray Peacock and the mighty Justin Lee Collins! The app is great but if I had one nitpick it would be that it would be great to have a 15s forward and backwards scrub button like iPhones have. The drag slider bar often throws you 4 mins back and it’s hard to quickly listen to a particularly funny line again with ease.
