Have to reopen it multiple times while using it. However, I don’t know how much longer I can use the app itself. In the beginning, the app worked fantastically, and I had no issues. But it didn’t take much time until the app won’t stay open for more than five minutes at a time now. And every time I try to get back into the app, I’m given an error message and I have to restart the app all over again. This issue needs to be fixed ### 1/5 — This app is horrific. *2024-09-24, version 14.59* Forget the fact that everything is everywhere and it’s kind of a mess. Because the desktop version of the site isn’t much better. But the app crashes continuously. Upon opening for the first time every day I am immediately greeted with three pop-ups, stating “oops, something went wrong “. Once the app is finally finished loading, it will force close after any random given number of rates or likes. You can force this to happen faster if you’re reading and liking faster. However, it seems to occur no matter what you do even if you slow down. It does this across several of my devices, and appears to be an application issue.This renders the app fairly useless for its intended purpose. Further, this app also contains needless loading transitions that slow you down even more. I used this application when it first launched. It was a virtual nightmare then. While it has come a long way in terms of the GUI, it’s all for not if you can’t keep it open for more than 6 minutes at a time. ### 3/5 — Not Easy to Use *2024-08-24, version 14.59* There is too much going on. There is so many options on the screen and really no explanation on what they are and how to use them. It’s hard to find the location of some stuff. You have to just click on something and hope you don’t make anyone mad or click on the wrong thing. Made a new account to speak with customer service. They said the account is fine. Yet I can’t sign in so this is not helpful. When I try, it just says I’m not logged in. I’ll be taken to my home page but absolutely nothing works. I can see all my notifications but can’t play. Can’t read emails, accept/open friend requests, can’t do anything because I’m told I need to log in. Though I clearly am. I’ll receive emails all day of activity of people viewing my profile, etc but I can’t participate. It was so bad that I thought my account was deactivated that I had for years so I started a new account. Losing all my friends and progress, of course. And the same thing just happened. I even can’t access on the web either. Web or the phone app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The biggest scam ever *2026-07-28, version 14.74* unless you're any of the owners favorite no matter how much money you spend you aint nobody in the app most of the tops are paid by the owners of this application so you spend your hard working money the amount of money you spend in the app can destroy anyones life we're talking about 20k 50k 100k + thats how they do their money and i see fest every weekend and of course you have to spend more than 800+ Real dollars for no reason because you will never be in the top or even closed they measure the size of your pocket and then you will become their target its a beautiful place to give up your life family house kids and marriage Horrible place ### 1/5 — App crashes *2026-07-22, version 14.74* I have tried to get fubar support to update this app to help with the oops something went wrong message or complete crash to the point you have to log back in. They have no problem updating there app for android devices but do not do any for iPhone user. There’s too many things to do and they don’t seem to matter. It’s very cluttered, everyone is old, most users are 50+ looking for dirty conversations. There wasn’t any conversations I could start, matching is broken or just not used. There’s roulette and bingo but it’s confusing and all of it just seems like an empty point grind system. Most accounts are 50+ and full of AI images, filters and fake pics.
