The app lags over everything and skipping forward to try and get back to the right minute makes if buffer for so long it just puts you even more back, will not be keeping my subscription after the trial ### 2/5 — They like to scam people *2026-08-19, version 8.3.2* Make sure that when you cancel your subscription you take a video or a screenshot. Otherwise it will say in their system that you didn’t and only offer a one time courtesy refund. But that doesn’t take into account all of the months they may have charged you. All they say is a bunch of “I’m sorry” and “I understand your frustration” but don’t actually do anything to give you back your money. The problem I’m having is that the app crashes multiple times a day when using it on Apple TV (iPhone/iPad seem pretty stable). I have removed and re-installed the app multiple times and it hasn’t gotten any better. When trying to cast audio to a non-video AirPlay receiver (such as a HomePod, Sonos speaker, or audio receiver), the app attempts to force a video stream. This causes the handshake to fail, resulting in no playback or error screens.Most mainstream streaming applications dynamically detect the capabilities of the receiving AirPlay device and split the audio/video payload accordingly. Please consider updating the Fubo player architecture to support background audio processing and separated streams for audio-only AirPlay outputs. Went through the cancellation process and called it a day. Woke up to multiple messages from my card “suspicious activity” I saw them charge me for a monthly. I was like no way, I canceled it. It was also supposed to be rated cheaper for a month; they derigged on that too. They continued to charge my card 12 times in less than 7 days. Tried to talk to support, all I got was AI and no human; wouldn’t even give me an option to talk to a human. They sent a email saying 24 hours to pay and charged my card 2 more times. Got the notice of you no longer have access to Fubo. Then charged my card again. So I no longer have access to an app I could have potentially circled around back to because I’m trying to shop around & see what would be worth the money. I guess they didn’t like that I canceled after a free trial? Even my bank was like whoa this is beyond obsessive. Their support was awful and pushed the blame to the user when I have proof of cancellation. Support refused to help one bit. This is a warning to people that want to try a free trial or looking to cancel the service. It’s going to be a mess. Get ahold of your bank a head of time, get things in order if you need a new card. Fubo blames you and tells you to tell your bank to block the charges. All your other monthly payments that you have on your card; write them all down, so when your new card comes in the mail you know what cards need to be updated. Fubo admitted to me that you’re the problem and we aren’t going to stop so you need to go through all the hoops and have to get a new card from your bank for them to stop charging you, but they still continued to charge my card over 12 times and sending me rude emails.
