我住美國，進入畫面不是非常慢，就是等半天卻無法取得連線，舊版還比較好用。

我是你們台北市八德路三段分行多年的客戶潘益德，由於姐姐潘益新已經往生去逝也向你們分行辦理了死亡証明，而在貴行有一保險箱，半年前經甴法院派人及我本人及貴行負責保險箱人員三人共同查檢潘益新向貴行租用的保險箱而全部清空
當時我準備把保險箱的鑰匙🔑交給給貴行取消保險箱但被拒絕
今收到貴行耒信告訴我們，你們保險箱的合約到期我們可以取消，我派人把保險箱的鑰匙🔑交給貴行但貴行不予以接收而必需繼續而每年必須付3000元
不知你們是根據什麼法律人已經過世不在人世間為什麼還必須租用？
本人是長期住在美國而有二家美國銀行如Bank of American 美國銀行及Flushing Bank 均是不收一分錢保險箱的費用
我的姐姐在貴行尚有390多萬於貴行，你們是否可以任取任求，而貴行富邦銀行非小銀行區區3000元台幣希望服務百姓為主要

App無法顯示即時消費，都要等過好幾天甚至幾個禮拜才能知道。另外時不時就App故障，只看得到帳單金額，無法看到消費明細，整體來說用戶體驗超級差！都想要剪卡了！

Encountered issues with exchanging foreign currencies through the app and went to a local branch for assistance. No one was able to help and the feature I need requires manual teller transaction. Avoid if you have other options
