I like the app but the only thing it’s the users need a version for Another devices, if you see the apps for the banks are available across all the devices, Apple Watch, iPad Mac, and if you want more users on this app, you showed the same. If that happened. Some of us are working not even a minimum wage job and could use literally the least amount of money. Those two dollars add up and that loss goes unnoticed by many. Thanks Fuego Team ### 1/5 — Horribly inconvenient app. *2024-02-09, version 2.39.0* Signed up 02/03, writing this review 02/08 after the app telling me it would take 24 hours to verify employment. No updates given until i finally called the ‘support’ number and even then they can’t give me any real updates other than something about waiting on an employee file. I needed my money immediately and this app did not do what it said it was. On the app it says the funds will be returned within 2-5 days. Not 20+. Having no help from either customer service or the other app that submitted the temp holds. Literally stealing money ### 1/5 — Stolen money *2025-09-05, version 3.20.1* I applied from my employer to receive early access to my money and instead someone else has been reconvong my money throw deposits and leaving me with nothing is wild. I reached out because it still says pending verification on my phone and yet never got the money. Had to describe and file a police report . Never will use again and lack of communication is wild ### 1/5 — Concerning and confusing *2025-07-27, version 3.19.0* I am extremely concerned with this app. First of all, it doesn’t work on my phone and just freezes or just leaves me on the log in screen no matter how many times I reset my phone, delete the app and download it again, or tap. So, I downloaded the app on my iPad, which the app is definitely not designed for. Yes, it is very inconvenient but that is not the worst part. I applied for the Fuego Visa card multiple times. I made sure I was using the correct date of birth, numbers, etc. I was denied every single time. Say I give Fuego the benefit of the doubt, and I unlikely got something wrong. There is still no way of an employee or the user to find out why they were denied. I kept trying. I contacted support and spoke with this kind woman who was doing the very best she could. She told me that I would have to wait 15 days to reapply for the Visa card and she couldn’t tell me why I was denied. This wouldn’t really be an issue unless it was so annoying to use other payment methods. They offer other payment methods for a cost, which I mean makes sense, they are a business. But I am very frustrated that there is no way for me to get my tips without having to lose money. I finally caved once and deposited the tips from my Fuego into my checking account, which costed money. BUT for some reason, that option keeps denying and won’t let me use it!? (Yes there are sufficient funds in it, etc). But…. I am still currently missing my first 2 weeks of tips! It disappeared from my Fuego after a new pay cycle and was not in that paycheck or the paycheck after. The lady I spoke with said it was there and would be in my next paycheck but sounded quite unsure. I dislike the nature that there is no website I can use to check my tips in this app especially since it is quite glitchy! ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2025-04-06, version 3.12.0* App won’t open. I go to open app and it immediately crashes every time. They don't give you a break down of how much of your money is being tipped out or to who that amount is going to. It only shows whatever you make after tip share. And then they charge you to transfer it into your bank account! I never get my full amount of money and they are rude on the phone!! Always having trouble with Fuego! I have used it for 10 shifts now and it has only paid me out the correct amount 1 time. And I’m still missing tips from over 1 week ago. This app needs to get taken off the App Store cause it’s legitimately robbing people of their money. And to top it all off unless you sign up for their lame debit card you get charged to access the money you worked hard for.
