Also anytime they “improve” something they just make it 10x worse. ### 1/5 — Bring back the old tank readings *2026-01-20* This is an accident or spill waiting to happen, used to be able to see the tank levels in real time when you refreshed, now it’s not for every 30-40 minutes. You could have 2 trucks in there unloading and then a 3rd comes along and thinks there’s enough room and bam, spill. Bring back the optional OLD TANK READINGS. We could see at a glance all tanks. With new tank readings there is too much to look at that will eventually lead to costly mishaps and inefficiency. 2. The camera for capturing images of documents does not work. Will NOT allow for full image. 3. Good rule to follow: DON’T FIX THAT WHICH ISN’T BROKE!!! ### 1/5 — Help *2023-03-19* Every time I try logging in as a common carrier it just gives me a blank white screen. Can log in fine on my wife’s Samsung. I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max. Help please! ### 2/5 — Can’t use at all *2023-03-09* Brand new iPhone 14 pro Max. This app will load just fine on my wife’s phone but on mine, if I tap anywhere on the app screen a second time (first tap, username second tap password) the screen goes white and I can’t do anything. Close app and repeat. Did this on my last phone as well. ### 1/5 — New version? *2022-10-20* This new version will only allow you to add one picture, when taking a second picture by way of “add another picture”, it replaces the old picture. How are we supposed to do split loads? When there are multiple BOLs pulled. We can only take one picture… ### 1/5 — Does not work at all *2022-08-20, version 2.3.8* As of August 20, 2020 to this app does not work at all on my phone. iPhone 12 with the latest update released yesterday. After entering in all the login information and tapping the button at the bottom to login the screen goes white and nothing happens. Reinstall the app several times to make sure and it still does the same thing. ### 2/5 — Faster but dumber *2022-03-21* 2.0 is much faster than 1.0 but it keeps asking for location permission ALWAYS. I’ll let you know my location while using the app but that’s it. Also tank readings are not correct. I’m assuming they are polled every so often. But then there’s a link for OLD TANK READINGS at the bottom which gives different readings. My delivery paperwork is jacked up now thanks to this. Clarification would be nice.
