## What is Fuel Wise?

FuelWise helps professional drivers manage fuel delivery orders from start to finish — now with a completely redesigned experience built for speed, clarity, and reliability on the road.
A guided workflow for every order FuelWise walks drivers through each delivery step by step, from confirming pickup at the terminal to completing delivery at the customer site. Multi-stop, multi-product loads are broken into clear, ordered steps so drivers always know what's next — no guessing, no flipping between screens.
Live route and location awareness FuelWise uses GPS to recognize when a driver arrives at or departs a terminal or delivery site, helping keep order status accurate automatically as the driver moves through their route. A live status view shows exactly what the app is tracking at any moment, so drivers always have visibility into their current stop.
Digital paperwork, done in seconds Capture signatures, photograph paperwork and tickets, and submit delivery documentation directly from the app — no paper trail, no separate scanning step, no trip back to the office. Load and delivery details are pulled in automatically so drivers spend less time typing and more time driving.
Everything a driver needs in one app
. Orders — see assigned loads and delivery stops at a glance, with a full history of completed work
. Active order tracking — a live, step-by-step view of the order currently in progress
. Tank and store information — check tank state and store details relevant to a stop before arriving
. Truck and trailer assignment — assign trucks, trailers, and compartments to a load with a guided picker
. Digital signature capture — collect delivery signatures on-device
. Spill and incident reporting — report issues directly from the field with structured forms
. Schedule overrides — request and manage schedule changes without a phone call
. Driver scorecard — track efficiency rating and performance trends over time
. Notifications — stay on top of dispatch updates and order changes in real time
Built for reliability on the road This release is built on the latest React Native architecture for improved performance, stability, and startup speed. Screens load faster, transitions are smoother, and the app is more resilient to spotty connectivity — with offline awareness that lets drivers keep working and catch up automatically once back online.
A clearer, more modern design Every screen has been redesigned with a consistent, easy-to-scan layout, larger touch targets for use in the cab, and accessibility improvements including support for larger system text sizes. Navigation is simplified into a straightforward tab layout — Home, Orders, Active Order, and Notifications — so drivers can get to what they need in one tap.
FuelWise is part of the Pilot Flying J driver toolset, built to make fuel delivery paperwork and workflow simpler for the drivers who keep the country's fuel moving.

### 1/5 — Barely works

*2026-06-30*

This app is SO broken and half the time just doesn’t work. Also anytime they “improve” something they just make it 10x worse.

### 1/5 — Bring back the old tank readings

*2026-01-20*

This is an accident or spill waiting to happen, used to be able to see the tank levels in real time when you refreshed, now it’s not for every 30-40 minutes. You could have 2 trucks in there unloading and then a 3rd comes along and thinks there’s enough room and bam, spill. Do better fuel wise.

### 5/5 — Easy To Use

*2025-04-21*

The App Makes Logging Deliveries Easy And Effortless.

### 1/5 — Always lagging, no user friendly keep kicking out

*2024-12-08*

Doesn’t even deserve 1 start

### 1/5 — New is AWFUL

*2023-04-19*

1. Bring back the optional OLD TANK READINGS. We could see at a glance all tanks. With new tank readings there is too much to look at that will eventually lead to costly mishaps and inefficiency.
2. The camera for capturing images of documents does not work. Will NOT allow for full image.
3. Good rule to follow: DON’T FIX THAT WHICH ISN’T BROKE!!!

### 1/5 — Help

*2023-03-19*

Every time I try logging in as a common carrier it just gives me a blank white screen. Can log in fine on my wife’s Samsung. I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max. Help please!

### 2/5 — Can’t use at all

*2023-03-09*

Brand new iPhone 14 pro Max. This app will load just fine on my wife’s phone but on mine, if I tap anywhere on the app screen a second time (first tap, username second tap password) the screen goes white and I can’t do anything. Close app and repeat. Did this on my last phone as well.

### 1/5 — New version?

*2022-10-20*

This new version will only allow you to add one picture, when taking a second picture by way of “add another picture”, it replaces the old picture. How are we supposed to do split loads? When there are multiple BOLs pulled. We can only take one picture…

### 1/5 — Does not work at all

*2022-08-20, version 2.3.8*

As of August 20, 2020 to this app does not work at all on my phone. iPhone 12 with the latest update released yesterday. After entering in all the login information and tapping the button at the bottom to login the screen goes white and nothing happens. Reinstall the app several times to make sure and it still does the same thing.

### 2/5 — Faster but dumber

*2022-03-21*

2.0 is much faster than 1.0 but it keeps asking for location permission ALWAYS. I’ll let you know my location while using the app but that’s it. Also tank readings are not correct. I’m assuming they are polled every so often. But then there’s a link for OLD TANK READINGS at the bottom which gives different readings. My delivery paperwork is jacked up now thanks to this. Clarification would be nice. And no I couldn’t stick it. I tried the tanks are too deep and my stick isn’t long enough.
